Well, again, I certainly don't mean any personal offense. I'll attack your beliefs, but then I'll buy you a beer after. Or a soda, if that's more your thing.

How about a Dratini? It's a Pokemon themed Martini.

Michelob Ultra actually holds the distinction of my most hated beer ever.

See, the average light beer is only 30 - 40 calories under a normal American brew, which is roughly the calories in half of an apple. I'd rather just eat 30 fewer calories in a day and still enjoy my full flavored beer.

I will say that the best (widely-available) light beer I've tasted is probably Sam Adams Light. I am thinking about trying that new Bud Light Platinum, though. I like to give new brews a taste whenever they come out.

Quit being envious of Bieber's fame. You know that you just want to be him.

The Morrígan.

Though Artemis ranks a close second.

Give me one afternoon, and I bet I could find a beer that you'd enjoy. Have you sampled anything beyond the macro-brews?

The difference between a beer lover and a beer elitist...beer lovers can admit that there are some damn good macros out there. ;)

So... is it a bad thing to be an Atheist? Cause that's what someone I know has been trying to tell me all week. I mean, the way he respond to me being an Atheist was in the tone of someone responding to an Al Qaeda sympathizer. Well, okay, maybe not that bad. It was more like: "Oh, man, being an Atheist is not good. Oh no, you should follow a religion. It's a bad thing if you don't! Don't tell me there's no higher power up there, I CAN FEEL HIM!"

Stuff like that.

The important question is: Do you think it's a bad thing to be an atheist? Who cares what other think? Choosing to be atheist is a personal choice that has to be made by one person and nobody else.

I see nothing bad about being an atheist. If you think being an atheist is a good thing, then it's a good thing. If you don't think that, then no one is forcing you to be one.

Listen, whether you're an atheist or a person of faith, all I care about is how you treat other people, and how you conduct yourself through life. You can be a good person who believes in God, or a good person who does not. The converse is also true.

Anyone who judges you based upon anything other than your actions is a fool. That's the key ideal that the United States was founded on, but it seems to be the one people forget most often.

There's a strong cultural bias against Atheists in the west, especially in the US. But no, of course it's not a bad thing. Assuming we're not talking about strict atheism but rather a sort of strong agnostic position (i.e. "I'm not 100% sure there's no God, but there's no good evidence for one and plenty of reasons to doubt the popular conceptions of God, so I'm an atheist in practice"), then it's just the most parsimonious position to take.
