Favorite Monster Battles(Heisei)

What is your favorite fight scene in all of the godzilla heisei movies? Mine is Godzilla and Biollante.
It doesn't have to be all monster battles. You can pick the military battles as well.

I liked the battle between Godzilla and Rodan in GVMGII, it reminded me of there fight in Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster. I also liked Godzilla's fights with Destroyah in GVD.

I think Godzilla's climactic battle with Biollante & his fight with Rodan were the most satisfying for me.

My favorites are Godzilla versus the jet fighters and Super X in Return, and the two Biollante fights. Second tier would be the battles in MechaGodzilla II.

The final battle of Godzilla vs. Biollante is one of the most convincing special effects sequences in the franchise. It's brief, but it is a brutal and well thought out battle.

The first battle between Godzilla and King Ghidorah in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (fancy that!). These two are such iconic foes, it's such a great treat seeing them square off one-on-one.

Most of the battles in Godzilla vs Biollante. almost all of them are well staged and the final fights (The Thunderstorm battle then the fight with Biollante) rival most of what hollywood was capable of doing at the time.

Godzilla vs King Ghidorah (First fight) was pretty good too. Everything went downhill from there

Haven't seen G'85 for too long, don't remember the battles from that one :/

The battle Godzilla vs King Ghidorah was pretty boss. The battle Godzilla vs Rodan in GvsMgII was a good one too

Godzilla's battles with the first Super-X, Biollante, and both versions of King Ghidorah are the only ones that really do anything for me. The rest are just spark showcases that nearly put me to sleep.

Seriously, it was the best part about that entire film. (G85 IMHO is not the same movie as RoG, nor is G54 the same as KOTM)

HOLY SHREEONK! THATS WHERE GODZILLA VS BAMBIE IS FROM?

Oh...my...god. I have a memory of seeing Godzilla vs Bambie at the beginning of a Godzilla film from when I was four or three years old, but I never remembered just what film that was. I was wondering why ROG seemed oddly familiar. I can't believe that I actually saw it when I was little. Wow. I guess G2K wasn't my first non-showa film after all. Wow. This is... weird. Are you sure there weren't any other Godzilla films that started with Godzilla vs Bambie?

Godzilla vs Biollante had my favorite. The second battle was brutal, with Godzilla being speared by vines and Biollante chomping down on Godzilla's head. It was a good physical brawl peppered with the occassional acid and atomic breath.

G vs Destroyah also has two good fights. The first is Godzilla Junior and Destroyah. I liked seeing the Godzilla offspring finally being able to stand on his own in a fight. Godzilla vs the final Destroyah has a bit more Beam than physical combat, but it has some great moments, like the horn katana and Godzilla being dragged across the city.
