I swear, I love Orga, but the more I hear of him, the more I think that G2K is actualy the real Godzilla vs. The Thing, just that this thing is slow (in more than one way).

I like Orga. I even made my own version on the Arena: Universal Clash.

John Carpenter's Thing was a shape shifter as well. The only difference is that the Thing killed before taking a new form, and Orga just needs a bite.

I just with the battle was a little bit longer, Orga seemed weak. He was just so big and bulky and slow, when he was swinging his knuckles around, it was doged everytime! just make him a bit faster.
He controlled that Millenian ship which was cool, and it seemed pretty invincible, when it first attacked Godzilla, but I don't see how he easily destroyed it at the end.

Being slow doesn't=being weak. Flawed logic. Are Destoroyah and SpaceGodzilla weak? Nope, they're the exact opposite. Some of the strongest Toho monsters ever, in fact.

The Millennium ship was obviously weakened from the damage it took from Godzilla earlier in the film, so it should be surprise that it went down so easily later on.

I question it's durability in the first place. Goji never really hit it with a good blast until the end.

I never said he was weak cause he was slow, he didn't do much to make Godzilla think "Oh damn!" like Destroyah, Biollante, Keizer Ghidorah did. He blasted Godzilla with his shoulder lazer was maybe the strongest attack he did to him, and when Godzilla got up, he didn't appear to be to hurt from it.

Oh really? Then maybe you should try structuring your sentences like an actual adult, that way maybe people will be able to understand you're brand of jargon.

Godzilla is a powerhouse, and IMO, Orga did okay. The biggest mistake he made was trying to consume him. He should have known better.

Well, I don't know if Orga should have KNOWN better; why would he?

Uh, because he got blasted by Godzilla only moments before? He may have gained some of Godzilla's regeneration when he bite him earlier in the fight, but in the end, he got cocky.

There was nothing wrong with my sentence, did I say "ORGA WAS WEAK BECAUSE HE WAS SLOW" the answer is no, I did not.

I said he semmed weak to me, and he was big and bulky, unable to connect accurate hits.

@Patrick: I honestly wasn't sure WHAT you were originally trying to say; I was having difficulty reading your post.

@Goji: Yeah, okay, I concede. Knowing Godzilla could blast him should have served as a warning.

I kinda saw it like Orga couldn't stop, he tasted the power and he liked it! He craved it! Orga had only one thing on his mind, consume Godzilla and make his abilities mine! So he couldn't stop even if he wanted to. I don't think he gave a SKREEONK. Then he went nomnomnomnom!

It was intended mate.
On Topic: I enjoy his overall design, very interesting. His powers are pretty cool, if only he was better executed in the film.

I think I'm going to watch Godzilla 2000 again after reading this thread. I always liked Orga and his huge arms and the shoulder cannon was a unique location for a weapon. Also, in the scene that was pictured a few posts above, I always wondered if Orga had absorbed/assimilated more of Godzilla, would the largest dorsal spike have been able to fit in Orga's mouth at full extension.
