SpaceGodzilla, in the movie, didn't move much and the suit probably wasn't that flexible compared to the Godzilla suit.

Therefore, it is ironic that the toy of SpaceGodzilla moves more than the Godzilla one.

Yeah, it's true.

Weirdly, it's not even that it's more articulated or anything, it's simply that the joints WORK better. Maybe it's just my Goji, but the leg joints and the tail were a major let down; not to mention the waist. It's not that the joints aren't there, it's that they don't seem to be "cut" properly and they stick/grind against themselves.

SG's so far all move pretty smoothly and freely. My right hip joint is a little stiff, but I can work on it. Pretty happy with it so far especially considering that I got it for a more reasonable cost than I thought I would pay. I don't care for SG in the least, but this has to be one of the nicer representations of him out there...

"don't care for SG in the least"??? Then WHY did you get it, dude?

BTW, my tracking # shows that Space G arrived at the 'Cove PO this AM, at 7:21. Hopefully that means that my mailman has it now. I'd rather not wait 'til Monday.

Well, my only collecting goal, ultimately, is to have a figure representation of each one of the Toho monsters. I didn't have an SG and frankly, don't like any of the ones that have been released, so this seemed the way to go. And I'm weak.

Weak? I consider myself 'weak' when I buy a Star Wars figure I'm not sure of. But a $60-80 monster toy? That's a LOT of 'weak', dude. Tho' I AM paying off a layaway on a commemorative firearm that costs $1,150, so I guess I may not be the BEST judge of such things. :-x

For some reason I was kind of irritated by the reviewer - perhaps his lack of knowledge of the Godzilla franchise compared to other toy reviewers such as SeanLong and Visible Ninja. However, it's nice to see the packaging for Garuda and other effects parts in action.

I seriously hope mine comes this week! I can't wait!

BTW, Space G DID show up yesterday afternoon. Took exactly 2 weeks to get here - not bad, I guess.

S' funny - go to ebay, punch in 'S.H. MonsterArts', & the first thing listed is a Goji, but it is NOT a SHM Goji! Also, what's up with all the listings for Fire Rodan at $70-80? Bunch of crooks, I think.

What is the best place to pre-order the Fire Rodan from?

I pre-ordered mine from HobbyLink Japan. I managed to pre-order him on an Early Bird Discount when it first came up last week - $31.00.
The price right now is $36.46 (shipping won't be listed until they get the item in stock).

AmiAmi has Fire Rodan for about $31 US, & they offer SAL Registered shipping. HLJ doesn't. Dunno why.

This is why I just buy each figure when they release. XD

But if I had to choose one, it'd be SpaceGodzilla.

ALL THREE

BE A MAN AND BUY THEM ALL

Seriously, though, I like Mechagodzilla and Lil' G, but I think SpaceGodzilla would be the right choice.

I'm sorry but does anyone know how to fix a ball point on a SH Monsterarts Godzilla? The hand joint on mine still does not let the hand click in, which lets it fall of from the slightest touch. It has been bugging me for months, but I am too nervous to do some of things on youtube where I might break the figure in the process.
