Are you buying multiples to paint or to flip later?

I get two of every SHM, one to open, one to keep MIB. Don't know why, but the Godzilla figures in SHM compell me to be a completist (for the first time ever). The extra Hayata is due to the fact that the ultras in UA tend to be a tad fragile. Hands snap off on occasion and I just want a back up. Red King will be turned into a custom Ultra Act EX Red King using parts cannibalized from the EX RK Bandai.

So that draft of Ultra-act Red King looks pretty nice even though I don't care for red king too much~
Also Max might come out?

Actually, considering how puny Bandai EX Red King (he is alot smaller than Bandai RK), and how UA kaiju are much larger than their Bandai counterparts, I'd say that changing the hands won't mke him look like EX RK.

I also thought about that. I guess we'll see how much larger he is than the Bandai standard Red King (who looks great as an EX Red King custom).

The UA kaiju are generally about a third larger than their Bandai counterparts.

Anyone want to buy my first-release Hayata Ultraman, then? ;) He's MIB!

Do you have the special box, Poe? It's probably the one reason I wouldn't sell mine even though I've pre-ordered the 2nd release...

So there's like 3 different Zero releases, right? Which is the one to get? I don't want to have a whole bunch of Zeros, so just one will do.

And should I get Magma/Zamshaa/Kilalien? These seem to be the 2nd rate Ultra kaijus. I've never even seen the series Magma or Zamshaa was in, but I feel like maybe I should get them anyways just to have all the Ultra-Act kaiju released.

The normal Zero is the best, if you go by reviews. As for Zamsher, Kireloid, and Magma... You can get off on a technicality as they're Seijin, not Kaiju. I hear good things about Magma. Zamsher and Kireloid, however did not impress me personally. I recommend Baltan II highly, especially if you're getting Ultraman.

Don't care for Magma's design. I got Zamsher for 40% off, & it looks pretty cool. Ordered Kyrieloid at 50% off, & hasn't arrived yet.

Be ordering that Red King when it comes out!

Waiting for Cooksux to do a Rabbit Haul review of Dyna. For now I'm all set for Ultra Acts. Zoffy, Ultraman, and the two capes I snagged for them (870 yen@ www.amiami.com ) are gonna look badass on my Ultra Act "good guy" shelf.

Kyrieloid came in yesterday. Took it out of the box today. This thing is NICE, esp. w/ the flaming hand attachment. Pics don't do this thing justice - you have to see it in person, to really appreciate it! Last I checked, HLJ was still sellng it at 50% off, & at that price, I say 'go for it!'

VERY glad I got it!

I was just foolin' around with my U-A Hayata like, 2 minutes ago. It's really showing its seams now, especially compared to the newer figures...I can't believe it was just a year ago I was lusting after it...Oh well, Hayata 2 is on preorder, along with the cape ;) .

Forgive me if I'm repeating myself, but a review by Cooksux convinced me to skip him. Before that I had wanted him pretty badly.
