HOLY CRAP THEY ARE TINY!!! NOT worth the $17.99 marked price!!!
My first impression too. Somehow they look larger in all the photos I've seen, even when next to something for scale.

I know! These things are like half the size of the regular figures!

The local Toys-R-Us here is loaded with these. (NO Gigans, though...WTH?!?) The 'stylized' ones are neat, as well, though not really my thing. (They had TONS of the vinyl ones when I went yesterday....)

I'm not one to complain, but I wonder why they seem to shy away from releasing Megalon in the states? Ah well... Without these Bandai Cration re-releases, I dont think that many U.S. kids would be exposed to Godzilla, so I see their release as a definite good thing.

We saw a tiny boy running around with a clear Godzilla, making growling noises and smashing him into the peg-hook figures....take THAT "Bukagans"!! I wanted to say to the kid: "LOOK, Billy! Its a ---------looking little ball that TRANSFORMS into a slightly LESS ---------looking ball - CRUSH them, Godzilla!!"
Poor, poor selection for kiddies these days....coming from an era of vinyls, giant robos, Micronauts, Megos, Star Wars, He-Man, Thundercats, etc., its very SAD for me to see the isles now stuffed (on their way to the clearance bins, ughhh) with the brain-dead kiddie anime toys-of-the-week. Seriously, can you even COUNT the foolish amount of "catch-em-all"-themed lines out these days with Japanese names?? ...Its almost like thats ALL that is available to kids....s-a-d. Bakublahblah, Redkiwhocares, Beylookretarditsaspinningtop, etc..etc... Most of these 'lines' look like the crap figurines that we'd get in gumball machines as a kid, and be bored with in ten minutes... X_X

Are folks having trouble finding these? I can go buy-up all of the stock at the local stores and sell 'em here, if anyone needs 'em? At cost, of course, I'm not a scalper.

Is the translucent Mechagodzilla black-ish? I've seen a few pictures of it, and it looks darker, but I haven't a good one.

This is the best I've seen:

In the light, it looks translucent gray. In a general, quasi-lit setting it appears to be almost gunmetal in color. It turned out better than the Gigan, if you ask me. Which is weird, because I was more excited for that one.

Yeah, I sure do hope they come back up on the website again, because it's the only way I can get these guys for such a low price....

I see the latest Gigan on the Tous'R'Us web site right now. I've never seen the latest Godzilla or MechaGodzilla listed on the site.

My clear Mecha-G has some paint slop on his arms and other parts. Like others have mentioned, the paint is a bit sloppy on these clears...same goes for my Godzilla from the same set. :|

Not a big deal for me, though.

Picked up the fusion gigan, mecha godzilla, and godzilla last night. Picked up a regular mechagodzilla too. They are sweet figures. The fusion mechagodzilla is very dark grey.

Disappointed about no godzilla 2000. That was the one I was most excited for.

I went to Toys'R'Us yesterday and there was no sign of the Fusion figures. I have a coupon for their online shop only that's about to expire, so I hope they're listed online again soon.

If anyone was wondering the Alafaya location in Florida had about 7 left out on the shelf. They probably got a lot in though.

The Fusion figures are listed at Toys'R'Us again but as out of stock for shipping.

I've been to two stores in Massachusetts and neither has the Fusion toys.

Jesus, will Toys R' Us make up their minds? Are you selling them online or not?
I was mentioned in the SciFi Japan article about the appearence of extras on the Godzilla vs. Megalon DVD.

I just got my Tokyo Vinyl Godzilla earlier this morning while down at the post office. It's a neat figure. Not much to it, but still neat. I have MechaGodzilla still coming in the mail along with various Ultra-Act figures and etc., so I'm awaiting for it eagerly.

So far, Tokyo Vinyl turned off, definitely hunting out Fusion Gigan, normal MG74 and possibly Fusion Burning G.

A Fusion Gigan '04 figure would be welcome.
I used to be a lot more optimistic and outgoing, believe it or not. I used to actually be passionate about this stuff.

The Fusion figures are not listed on Toys'R'Us right now. This is most annoying.
