What Godzilla movies do you actually like?

As far as 'liking' the films, well, of course. Many of 'em. These days, my buddies and their chicks, and me and mine, get together now and then and watch several films in a row. There is typically alcohol and _ _ _ _ involved, and a great time is had by all!

Oh....just got the whole 'skeeronk' thing....its Godzilla's cry, right?

It's not that I found your comment "serious". I just found it confusing, since either you took what he said seriously, or you were joking and then the joke doesn't make any sense. Either way, I don't see any reason to comment on his post.

Getting back on track...

I like the majority of them, even Spacegodzilla. There are a couple I find silly or weird, like G vs Megalon and G vs Hedorah, but I enjoy them still. Only All Monsters Attack makes me groan.

Like most fans, I dig all of them with a few exceptions (I'm not a fan of GRA, Hedorah, Mothra 92, SpaceGodzilla or Final Wars). The 60's films are the best IMO, I love every single one of them (though I'm sure I would hate All Monsters Attack if it weren't for nostalgia).

The Showa series always been my favorite since I grew up watching them in the 90's and I like them more as a adult since Honda is a really great director. I pretty much enjoy all of the Godzilla moviex expect for Godzilla Raids Again, Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla and Godzilla: Final Wars. GRA and GVSG are just boring movies and have very little fun moments going on in the movie. I seen Final Wars once in 2005 and I have no plans to see it again.

I don't think I hate any Godzilla film. Some might make me frustrated (SpaceGodzilla, GINO, Final Wars) but for the most part I don't think I could ever not watch any one of them ever again.

The only Godzilla films I actually dislike are Godzilla's revenge and Rebirth of Mothra 2. (Not a Godzilla film, but close enough.) Even then, I still find them completely watchable if I just skip to the monster parts.

Oh, if we're expanding beyond Godzilla, then yeah, Rebirth of Mothra II is one of the worst films I've ever owned. This is coming from a die-hard Mothra fanatic, and I'm calling it a lump of shit.

Well I "like" all of them, for the most part, and I love all of the Showa series with the exception of maybe RAIDS AGAIN and REVENGE (both of which I still like, just not crazy about em'). Other than that..

REBIRTH OF MOTHRA II is terrible dude. Watching it in Japanese won't save it. It's one of Toho's worst SPX films ever, and IMO, the absolute worst.

I personally feel that Mothra 3 isn't much better. Once your fan boner for the new Ghidora goes away you start to realize it's a pretty shitty movie.

It has a few merits, Dagahra's design was pretty nice, and the fights weren't too bad, but that's really all the nice things I could say for it.

Man those kids were annoying.

Well ROM III isn't great by any means, but I'd still consider it a solid flick. (When compared to the previous entry.) I still like the concept of Mothra going back in time to stop an early Ghidorah, good stuff right there.
