Not Bemstar, no no. The Vakishim guy looks sort of similar, but I dont think its him. This guy had a more 'organic' chicken face, not so robotic, and his hands appeared to be 'bandaged' in some way - ?
I had him as a kid; Mattel had sold him as part of their 'Godzilla Gang' lot.
