Nice! I'm excited to see this. I liked the first two, so I expect this will be a solid, enjoyable film as well.

Thank you sir. Too bad Earthtron didn't put up more of a fight but goddamn that was amazing. Can't wait to see Hyper Zetton in action.

We did. A whole movie was based around it. It was called "GINO".

Ultraman came in all badass like, I was expecting a good battle, what I got was a pretty lack luster sequence of Dyna throwing a fleeing Earthron into the sky and blowing him up.

Well it's only the first scene and there's well over an hour of movie to go. I thought it was an awfully impressive way for Dyna to make an entrance, curbstomping Astron so quickly.

People need to remember that there's more to these films than giant monster battles. >_>;

Let's have some fun.
What's your very favorite Ultra monster, and why?

Mine, hands down, is Antlar. When I was first getting into the franchise, and watching the original series, I was largely unimpressed by the monsters. To me, the suits looked sloppy, rushed, and uninspired. However, when Antlar first reared his massive head in episode 7 - 'The Blue Stone of Baraj' - I thought, "Wow, this monster is pretty cool!", and it stuck with me.
Dorako is probably my second favorite. When I first saw images of him online, something "clicked" with me. Pretty much all other Ultra Kaiju I've had to warm up to; no others have left such positive first impressions on me.

I'm fond of King of Mons. His look and roar are awesome. :D

I also like Gomora for obvious reasons.

I'm just getting into Ultraman now.

Currently I am watching the original series and loving it. Sure the monster suits are often sloppy, and goofy but for me that's what makes the original series charming and entertaining. Currently my favorite monster to have appeared is Red King. Sure he is a jerk, but I don't know, something about Red King certainly perked my interest.

Zetton hands down is my favorite. He just skreeonk everybody up. I'm also quite fond of Birdon and Red King. Never liked Gomora though :P

Eleking is probably my favorite, which is interesting because he didn't appeal to me much initially. I also love Red King, Zetton, and... man, so many others. And of course Gomora is cool, and I'm fond of Jirass, especially because I dig my Marmit of him so much.

The monster battles are the major draw for me. I'm rooting for the kaiju most of the times.

Red King and Kingsaurus III aremy two favorites right now. Strangely who my favorite is alternates between Gomora, Red, Kingsaurus III, Black King, and Earthtron. And, on occasion, Zoa Muruchi. Red King's personality makes him awesome, despite his cornonthecobosaurus look. Kingsaurus III has an awesome dragonish appearance and cool powers. Also, Jack failed to take him out in their first battle.

I've recently gotten really into the Ultra series as of recent, particularly Ultra Q and the original Ultra Man. I really love the diversity and weirdness Tsuburaya Productions thought up for these guys. My 10 favorite ultra-monsters so far have to be...

1. Gomora
2. Eleking
3. Geronimon
4. Red King
5. Peguila
6.Garamon
7. Gomess
8. M1
9.Namegon
10. Seabozu

And there's a crap ton more. I'm really hoping to find a way to see the other series, because they sound really cool.

Saga preview looks fantastic. Loving the setting, atmosphere and those gorgeous miniatures and cinematography. Dyna's and Earthron's reveals were awesome. Of course Earthtron lost easily- he's not intended to be a challenge. The real threats will likely be Tyrant, King Joe and the Zettons.

He's in the special, not the movie itself.

King Joe

He's not a part of this in any way.

I had posted these a while back:

Tyrant, as well as Pandon, Antlar, Velokron & Black King are included here.

As for King Joe, I thought HE was in the special: 'Killer the Beat Star' or whatever it's called.
