There's one on ShoppingMallJapan right now for a good price, but I feel like that place is going to end up costing me $60 on top of anything once all the fees and shipping adds up. Have you ever bought from them?

Cimmerian Dragon wrote:The Monster Heaven is beautiful, though I would have preferred a crawling stance.

The Para Baby Angillas '55 is one of my favorites figs in recent memory. The kind of crazed-looking eyes really do it for me.

He's a cool little dude, I like the colors on him as well. The Showa PB Ang released in '04 is similar to the MMH Ang, just half the size and in the crawling stance you'd prefer:

I just bought the Garuda MonsterArts pack for a stupid amount of money. I'm sorry.

I feel like they're going to be pretty pricey on ebay though once they come out too. Probably more than what I paid.

 I love that you're apologizing. Let us know if such a sorry is necessary when you receive it.

And I literally JUST received this package at my front door. I'm a happy camper:

He's a beast! I love Baltan, and I must say this giant clear BP Vinyl is fantastic. here's another shot for a better idea of scale:

I missed an auction on that Baltan once. It's a cool figure, and I hope to get one someday.

Got in this for a song from a friend in trade. It's the 1993 Horizon Godzilla.

This friend of mine also owns the '84 Godzilla 1964 (Mosu-Goji) Great Monster Series and is thinking of selling it...

The Great Monster series G'64 is one of the prides of my collection. I looked for one for years, but I finally scored him at the first G-Fest I attended. I also really like the "Toho Eiga" Concord G'89. He stands approx. 18" tall as well, and you used to be able to get them at a pretty fair price. I like that figure better than the Bandai super premium.

Really? Well it is based on a nicer suit.

Poe... are you thinking of buying it? Cuz he's friggin' spectacular!

No denying that the suit proportions are a big part of it. Plus, my Concord had perfect paints and seams. I've seen plenty others that looked like shit, though, and if that's what one was comparing things with, the Concorde would certainly seem pretty foul.

The Horizon, on the other hand, doesn't do a thing for me. I just plain don't like the sculpt, texture, etc.

It looks like very nice, fairly stylized RadoGoji.

I'm not trying to knock it too hard, it's more of a "just doesn't appeal to me, personally" kind of situation. I respect that they were at least trying to give us Americans a reasonably accurate Godzilla. Once the Trendmasters 10-inch figure hit shelves, though, that was the end of my interest in the Horizon.

I picked up the Smoke Godzilla a couple weeks ago. The white theatre version came in the mail this week. I go them both off Ebay for less than $20 each. :g2k:

Two Marmit figures? I guess that means you're in, Gehara. Welcome to the family. That's great!

Where'd you pick those up? I live by Sacramento and have yet to see newer Bandai vinyls in any store.
