Since I order from them not that often, and that I have the money, I let it slide, but in the future I'll have to go with a different supplier like BBTS until I move back to the states or can ship to an APO address. I'll probably have to end up shipping the item to my parents address (they have an APO address) and they forward it to me. In the past it works as the shipping cost is slashed down tremendously, but it takes so damn long! Nevertheless, once my parents move back to the states, I'll go back to that routine.
Apparently they will decrease shipping if you pay for an item over $100. So I guess I'll have to take my chances ordering my MonsterArts King Ghidorah from them.
The main reason I order from them despite the ridiculous shipping to Guam is that FedEx ships and delivers quick, like under a week! I could use the cheaper SAL shipping, which is like $20, but it takes at least two to three weeks tops for an item to reach here, and I'm pretty impatient when it comes to waiting for items such as MonsterArts figures.
Anyways, my MonsterArts SpaceGodzilla shipped out last Thursday, so I think I'll be getting it either on Monday or Tuesday - Wednesday the latest.
Thank GOD I'm on Spring Break now!

Captain Aktion wrote:Wow, Zillamaster, it's still around $20 for SAL shipping to you? I use HLJ quite often, but I agree, the shipping is the rub. I use SAL through them, but only because I've used it before, I know what to expect, and I can handle that. It takes around 2 weeks for SAL to here in Texas, but it doesn't make me sleep any better that I have no way of tracking or tracing it.
Recently, I've used Amiami a bit more. Their prices are pretty competitive and they offer SAL Registered, which I don't believe HLJ does (or I don't remember them offering it). It helps the wait go down a lot easier when I have some kind of idea of what it's doing and can trace the package.
