No I don't mean gore like Mortal Kombat.
I mean it's nothing new to Godzilla, there have been films where they do bleed.

I don't think it'd be all that hard actually. One of the Ultraman games let's you knock off a few of the monsters horns and even cut off Gomora's tail.
