I vote for Destoroyah and Hedorah. Because very, very few monsters can beat them, not to mention both have a lot of potential with their shapeshifting and growing powers to end up on an Arch Belial or Ultimate Zero scale. Given enough time at least.

I would say Destoroyah myself. I can see him as able to take out most of the other monsters Godzilla has come up against and we never saw the conclusive limit of his powers. Given more time to feed and reproduce he could get even stronger.

What I meant was beating Godzilla not killing him.

p.s. if Godzilla didn't use his breath in biollante's mouth, she could have crushed his skull and her vines could have went through his heart or brain when she was charging at him piercing her vines right through him. This is why i meant "I sense a flame war here".

Gigan, Destroyah, kaizer ghidorah, spacegodzilla.
Gigan: The reason I chose him was because he almost killed godzilla in godzilla vs gigan 1972. Also was the 2nd to last monster to die in godzilla final wars. He was also the only monster besides king ghidorah that actually did harm to godzilla. He also F'd up mothra but there fight ended up in a tie.
Destroyah: He dominated burning godzilla in godzilla vs destroyah. But died. He also had the balls to kill godzilla's son and get pwned because of it.
Kaizer Ghidorah: in Final Wars he beat up godzilla bad and almost killed him. He was also the monster to give Godzilla severe pain.
SpaceGodzilla: He appeared as the boss in godzilla unleashed and the real boss in godzilla save the earth. He also almost killed godzilla with his crystals and kidnapped his son.
These are his strongest enemies.
