So I started up Kiva again and it's pretty good so far. I'm on ep 13.

More Super Hero Taisen and Fourze info!:



This year's 170th issue of Figure-Oh magazine had revealed new information for the upcoming upcoming dream crossover movie “Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen.” This features both GokaiRed and Kamen Rider Decade receiving new powers!

As revealed in the last few months, GokaiRed will receive a Kamen Rider OOO TaJaDol Rider Key and Kamen Rider Decade will receive a brand new "unknown" GoseiCard!



Early in the film, GokaiRed takes in the Legendary Seven Kamen Riders in a one on seven handicap battle! Along the way he uses various GokaiChanges, including Red One.



Not believing Captain Marvelous is leading the DaiZangyack to deafeat all the Kamen Riders is just, the remaining Gokaiger crew tries to find ways in stopping the war.



Last time, we saw an image of the fierce transformed battle between the leaders of each faction. But now, we get a glimpse of the out-of-suit fight between Captain Marvelous and Tsukasa Kadoya.



To back up their friend Eiji as Kamen Rider OOO, the Twin Births, Gotou and Date as Kamen Rider Birth and Birth Prototype, takes the stage! But they can't handle the power of the tag team of Rider Hunter Silva and GokaiRed!



The Crisis Fortress, the Crisis Empire's mothership, will be the new base of operation for the Dai-Shocker. The villains whom Kamen Rider Decade fought in the past are now his comrades and underlings!



During the course of the film, three Kamen Rider card users, Kamen Rider Decade, Ryuki and Blade received three unknown GoseiCards! Where did this come from? And what is its purpose?!

This year's 170th issue of Figure-Oh had revealed some new information about the upcoming Kamen Rider Fourze episodes this April. The image above shows one of next month's guest star, Rin Honoka.

Rin Honoka will play the freshman Ran Kuroki, an Aikido practitioner. She's the first person Gentaro decides to befriend out of all the new students of Amanogawa High School. Ohsugi ends up as the new homeroom teacher of Gentaro and the gang.

Furthermore, the title for the Kamen Rider Fourze's 32nd episode, “The Super Space Sword” give us a certain hint! Remember Kamen Rider Fourze Cosmic States have a space shuttle-like sword, the Barinzun Sword?

So anyone else feel the Zodiarts are kinda lame monsters?
Not that they aren't designed well or anything, but that they aren't dangerous enough?

Usually a Kamen Rider show validates the Rider's existence by showing the Monster of the Week species is dangerous and will kill, hurt, or destroy if left unchecked.

I don't feel that's been a problem in any show until now, but all the Zodiarts really do is troll the ever loving shit out a bunch of High School kids. Even the Yummies felt like they'd reek a bunch of chaos and destruction if left unchecked. The Zodiarts feel like you could really leave them alone, and be more or less fine.

The Horrorscopes don't want to kill the students, they want to turn them into zodiarts, so thats why they wouldn't want to do anything that. But Scorpio did posion Gen, and Cancer is a f'n indestructible tank. So that makes up for that.

The Zodiarts probably aren't as dangerous because they're school kids and aren't as evil and cold blooded from birth as monsters like the Worm or Greeed. They still do pose a threat anyways. Chameleon almost killed Miu. Perseus destroyed builings (and most likely killed innocent people) for his own selfish reasons, and almost killed the girl who sang really badly (for some reason I can't remember her name and she is a main character ).
Plus this is a more kid friendly and comody based show, so it probably isn't mainly about having serious, evil, cold-blooded, villians.


Superhero Taisen Update:
Leaked scans revealed that the following will reprise their previous roles with voice only participation:

• Asaya Kimijima (Kamen Rider Birth)
• Hiroaki Iwanaga (Kamen Rider Birth Prototype)
• Yudai Chiba (Goseired)
• Shinji Ogawa (Akdos Gill)
• Hirofumi Yojima (Walls Gill)
More is said to be revealed at a later date.


BTW, what do you guys think of KR Hibiki? I've heard mixed opinions about it. I've also heard that the first halve is better then the last half of the series? Is this true? I'm downloading Hibiki's movie just to see if I like Hibiki's style.

I get what you're saying. I guess I don't mind much since I havn't watched all that many rider series all the way through (I've only seen W, Decade, Faiz, OOO and Kabuto all the way though. I have started Agito, Ryuki and Blade).

I have to agree with Croc. I like menacing villains and Fourze I do like Fourze, but it's seeming too kid friendly and it's bothering me a bit.
The zodiarts while I like the motif aren't scary as I'd like them to be.
Yasushi Nirasawa kaijin are the best kaijin imo.

^I can't agree more. Cancer was badass and had the best Horoscope design so far. I'm actually kinda sad to see him go. Meteor Storm, just as I thought he would, is cool as well. Am I the only one who loves his design and colors?

It’s previously been confirmed that Gokai Red would be receiving a Tajadol Ranger Key. With the release of Televi-Kun, it seems like the rest of the Gokaiger’s will be receiving OOO Ranger Keys as well.



The OOO Ranger Keys were created from Kamen Rider OOO’s Core Medals! Allowing the Gokaigers to Gokai Combo Change!!



Kamen Rider Blade, Decade and Ryuki were given Gosei Cards in order to defeat Crab Laser!



The Big Machine project was to trick the Heroes into fighting each other. While they were fighting, the two evil organizations were working on conquering the universe. They combined their battleships to create the Big Machine.



The GoBuster Oh super evolves with the help of two Astro Switches!!



The Rocket Drill GoBuster Oh!





Seeing Kaito on board the Gokai Galleon, Joe engages a fight. But he is hesitant and is unable to finish him off.


Fourze Hyper Battle Video



As a tradition, Kamen Riders of the Heisei era always have a Hyper Battle Video, HBV for short. Of course, Fourze is no exception. This time, Kamen Rider Amazon seems to be a guest star!



Kamen Rider Amazon, whom is currently residing in the Amazon Rainforest, suddenly sees a flashing light pass him by. It strikes down in the middle of the forest and Amazon quickly decides to investigate. As he arrives at the spot, he finds an Astro Switch, very similar to the Drill Switch. Although, the color is different.



In the HBV, Fourze will be using a new mysterious State. His body is from the Rocket States, but the head is from the normal Base States! Is that a Rocket Drill on his hand!?


Fourze Scans: Cosmic States and Aries Horrorscopes!



Fourze’s ultimate form, along with the mysterious Aries Zodiart has finally been revealed in the latest issue of Televi-Kun! What mystery does the Cosmic States and Aries Zodiart hold!?



The 40th Astro Switch, the Cosmic Switch. It holds tremendous amounts of power. It allows Gentaro to transform in the Cosmic States.



When Fourze is in the Cosmic States, he’s given a weapon, just like the other States. In this case, it’s the Barizun Sword. It’s compatible with other Astro Switches. It has 2 different modes, the original rocket-like state, called “Boost Mode”



The Barizun Sword in the Boost Mode is so strong that it can send an enemy fly out to space.



When the white part from the Boost Mode unfolds, it becomes a blue sword, the “Slash Mode”



By using both the Elek Switch and Rocket Switch with the Barizun Sword, Fourze can use an attack called “Electro Rocket Slash.” If he uses the Fire Switch, he can attack with the “Flaming Slash”



When Fourze is in his Cosmic States, he’s able to use any switch he wants to by pressing them on the panel on his chest. When a numbered Switch is pressed, he’ll be able to use it. Not only that, he can combine 2 Switches with the help of the Cosmic Switch. For example, if he uses the Launcher and Freeze Switches, Fourze can shoot missiles that freezes an enemy!



Cosmic States absolute strongest attack is the Rider Super Galaxy Finish!



The Aries Zodiart. He has the power to put people to eternal sleep. For some reason, it says that Aries Zodiart will be defeated by the Rider Super Galaxy Finish.



Why has Meteor decided to fight against Fourze!? He claims that he’ll defeat Fourze once and for all!



As they are fighting, Fourze can’t keep up with Meteor Storm. Forcing Gentaro to cancel his transformation. As the fight ends, Gentaro’s heartbeat stops.

Wow, that was a lot of stuff and there is still more. But since because my computer is slow as a bitch, I'm just going to say now that Super hero taisen is having Net-Videos and a Fourze is dedicating 2 episodes to a Shin-Chan crossover. An no, I'm not kidding about that last one...........skreeonk! WHY MORE FILLER EPISODES!! FOURZE IS STARTING TO GET MORE INTERESTING!

Also the rangers turning into OOO combos is major deja vu with that one scene from OOO wonderful.....

Cosmic States looks ok the only thing I hate is all the switch numbers on his chestplate.
At least it's not as bad as complete decade ick...

Also Meteor Storm looks disgusting imo. akdaskjgfakf Oh well at least base form meteor will always looks amazing....

OH AND I picked up the figuarts fourze yesterday and it's pretty good figure.
I really want meteor now.

I watched the ZX special

It was pretty alright, like extremely average. It was cool enough, it was cool to watch V3 give ZX the run down on his new allies (Though what was up with V3's antennae? The got floppy?) Also Amazon's voice was different even his "KIIII!" sounded off.

But aside from that it was cool to see the Showa Riders together. If you have 44 minutes to kill, and like Showa Riders. I'd say give it a whirl

A lot of Den O deals about loss of something and it's really sad. Also it was super depressing in the second episode about the kid losing his mother on christmas.

More like it hit low Sentai camp, not high Go-Onger camp or anything.

Also Sentai's featured it's share of grim stuff too, most notably was Takeru's back story in Shinkenger or "Dokuku kills everyone, the episode"
Next episode, Genta says funny stuff and annoys Ryuunoske.
Or Juuzo's finale in that same show.

Also most of the backstories in Gokaiger (Save Gai's) involved someone dying, or in Ahim's case, her entire planet in a glorious hellstorm of fire.

The Imagin have a dynamic like a Sentai group complete with hideout! They camp it up, like one too.
The grimness is a little more it's Rider side, but I have to admit the Imagin remind me a Sentai group.

Right down to weaponry by color coordination. Not that this hurt him mind you, he did make Japan's top 50 heroes list by popular vote.

Now Fourze is still worse in this department though, I'm really hoping for a more Kuuga-ish Rider next season. At the very least another Kiva would be appreciated. At least have dangerous Kaijin that kill again. The Greeed almost destroyed the world
The Zodiarts can't even get a prom cancelled.
