I accidently came across a scene and I figured I'd check it out......I never thought an animated drawing could be so disturbing but my god, my heart just fell threw the floor watching it. I still get shivers at times just remembering what I had witnessed, it was just so freaking wrong.

What the heck do you expect? I mean really.

I don't watch family guy, but my friend told me about this episode where Peter was getting roasted alive and all these other weird things and apparently it actually happened.

I dont even think Hentai should really enter into the equation. Sure they are "disturbing" very often, but exactly as the above comment states "What do you expect"? I think Hentai is a whole other level of disturbing that far exceeds anything seen in any other form of cartoon. Once you play the Hentai card, pretty much nothing can beat that, although I'm sure someone here will try.
There has never been a "Scientifically Accurate" Dinosaur portrayed on any Television Show, Movie, or Documentary. Only what the human imagination can conceive, and I'm ok with that.

Deserving of mention are many cartoons by Fleischer Studios from the '30, usually featuring Betty Boop and/or Bimbo and/or Koko the Clown.

"Bimbo's Initiation" (1931), for example, was chosen #37 in "The 50 Greatest Cartoons" list from 1994, notice that it has one of the early prototypes of Betty Boop, in wich she is an antrophormised dog (If that isn't disturbing enough, the rest of the short will do): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFrBG4xy ... re=related

The following three shorts are notable for featuring rotoscoping of Cab Calloway's dancing, along with his songs.

- "Minnie the Moocher" (1932), chosen #20 greatest cartoon of all time, it has a walrus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhUCItCC ... re=channel

- "Snow-White" (1993), chosen #19 greatest cartoon of all time, it was completely animated by one person, Roland C. Crandall: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNG8GYrh1mg

- "The Old Man of The Mountain" (1993), it has Cab Calloway playing all the non-Betty-Boop characters: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoJkxNa6 ... re=channel

Another one that may give you nightmares is "Swing You Sinners!" (1930), starring Bimbo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xZocdDR9WM

The demon Chernobog in the Night on Bald Mountain sequence of Disney's Fantasia. It was basically THE DEVIL EATING the souls of the dead, all brought to the viewer by the same company that created Mickey Mouse.
Also, some of the scenes from the original Batman The Animated Series were pretty disturbing, like Mr. Freeze's and Twoface's origins, ClayFace's shape shifting and The transformation of Kirk Langstrom into the ManBat.

You know what? Scratch that Invader Zim one, the music video for Korn's Right Now disturbs me way more then any hentai ever could.

I'm not even gonna link it. Youtube it at you're own risk, you've been warned.

I imagine Watership Down seriously traumatized some kids.

Huh, my mistake I've thought it was Russian for a while now. At least they still have the story of Robot. I'm bad about this kind of thing though, thought Nocturna was British for a long time.

Aw well, I'll get better at it one day.

My cousin introduced me to Invader Zim so I started watching the some of the episodes. I check out the second episode part A which is BesTest friends, holy freaking balls. Between the creepily obsession by Keef and seeing the shadows of a kid getting his eye balls ripped out and replace with machines.....jesus christ.
