I thought that it was a great finale, and a great lead-up to Season 3.

I agree with SaiyanRider54. Lori has quickly turned from "distraught wife who made a mistake" to "annoying, whiny, incapable, and stupid woman who finds some reason to be mad at everything." The guy tried killing her husband and she acts like Rick should have found some way to make Shane bottle up his true nature for even longer.

The one thing that I tend to dislike about this show, and many zombie shows/movies in general, is that the people in them are all a bunch of idiots. Lori is a prime example of one. Shane's meltdown was just that, a meltdown. It turned into his nature to be a violent psychopath so he gets a pass. Lori, at least so far, is perfectly sane. Shane's excuse does not apply to her. Yet, some how, she is so completely idiotic in almost all of her decisions and her reactions are completely unwarranted or just stupid. She loses track of Carl almost every damn episode. Worst wife/mother of the year award would easily go to her.

I couldn't agree more.

I suspect that it's mostly due with the writers. I was expecting Lori to back up Rick because she said it herself, "You must stop Shane, he's dangerous."
I find it hypocritical of her to bash Rick about killing Shane for she knew full well of what he had become and the danger he poses to the group, and that Shane was in the process of murdering Rick, her frickin' husband. All I can hope for is that Lori bucks up and starts thinking smart in Season 3 instead of being a complete basket case.

Didn't Shane rape Lori or at least tried to during the season 1 finale? I'm still wondering how she could forgive him for that. Man is Lori an idiot.

I think Lori was more made the Carl shot zombie Shane then Rick having to kill Shane or that's how I viewed it.

I hope Season 3 takes some more comic book ideas and kills off Lori.

That's what I got from it. I think she was a bit shocked about Rick killing Shane, but she was more pissed about her son being in danger (again) and "killing" someone.

Though I am on the bandwagon that Lori needs to die.

What a finale it was, Drama, Action and a cliffhanger...just Awesome.
SPOILERS SPOILERS Something i liked about the episode (aside from the madness and killings in it, which some of them
were a little sad) was that now they are going away from the farm and from what we could see was a jail (which looked like
a mall, but whatever) The Ninja girl with their zombie pets was a cool moment for a bit i though that Andrea wasnt
going to make but she did. And Rick becoming more frustated as he told the words of Jenner being that everyone is
Infected and the moment that they died they will become walkers. END OF SPOILERS

Time to wait for October or something for the 3rd Season now.
(Although getting both seasons on BluRay/Dvd can be good for the wait)
Unstoppable Fury , Unthinkable Power , Unbreakable Will.
