Don't have much interest in Quick, but I'll pick up Sector 7 for sure.

Wait what? 3D BRD and DVD only? I just wanted a regular Blu-Ray. Ugh! So even if I paid the 30 bucks for the BRD I still couldn't use it since I don't have a 3D TV, BRD player, or glasses.

From the article...

SECTOR 7 BLU-RAY 3D: Featuring the movie presentation in high-definition 3D and on high-definition 2D

You only need 3D equipment to watch the 3D version. The 2D version will be viewable with a standard Blu-ray player.

Oh okay. I saw that but I still thought you need the 3D TV/player to even get the disc to work.

Nope. The article explains this is just to watch the 3D version...

Consumers will need to own either a 3D TV, 3D capable BD player and glasses to view full 3D capabilities. Special features are not rated, and are in standard definition and in 2D.

SECTOR 7 was released in 3D in Korea, and Shout! Factory is giving American fans an option to see the film that way on Blu-ray. But the 3D is an extra viewing option, not the only one.

Sector 7 looked interesting so I might pick it up.

I hope Shout! considers re-releaseing their Gamera films on Blu-ray, since they are now putting stuff like this on Blu-ray.
