What toy did you just buy?

I picked the left one up off of craigslist for $3. The one on the right I've always had since I was a kid. It's strange how both have different paint applications. The plastic feels the same on the both, and the markings on the bottom feet are the same. However, the one that I've owned for a while (the right one) has lousier paint apps, and the plastic has a slightly lighter gray value. I think I also might have repainted the teeth when I was a kid to make it stand out more.

Oh yeah, not a toy, but I also got this in the mail today. Brings back memories of going to my local library.

Those are both nice Godzilla's. Do you have any more info on them? I don't recall seeing those anywhere. One of the pics makes it look like the Imperial.

I have the Gomora, he was a gift from a good friend. These little figures are pretty nice! I enjoy their sculpts and detail, and putting them together of course!

Oddly enough I also want to thank you for taking a picture with the TVinyl MechaG! Gives me a much better idea of scale on that guy. Thanks, Brit!

Ordered myself the High Grade Flying Mecha-King Ghidorah figure (http://www.clawmarktoys.com/images/prod ... gxmg6f.jpg) from ebay. Like my HG Destoroyah, I had this figure from before, but the base broke and part of it got stuck inside MKG. So I decided to replace it.

Dan Miller is selling one in the collector's group on FB. He didn't name his price, but it sounded like he didn't think my offer was high enough, so I bought from a place that did. lol

You might inquire about it, though. He sold me my Marmit G2k, which is a great figure, at a fair price.

I love the Battra Imago. In my opinion, the Bandai standard-size line wouldn't equal the quality of that toy again until the Aggregate Destroyah release.

Got these in the mail today!



The M1 is amazing! I knew I wanted it and had been told it's better in person, but you really don't "get" this figure until you have it in front of you. For one thing it's a massive figure, but you also lose the subtle silver highlights somewhat in pictures. Truly awesome and among my favorites.

The Dinozaur is cool, too. This is the earlier tag version, not the EX. I'm not sure if the figure itself is much different from the EX version, but I think the paint might be nicer on this one. Cool kaiju, great episode, nice figure.

^Right on, Jomei! That M-1 GMK G is such a disarming figure; in photos I used to see it looked like a great sculpt, but I was not digging the brown color at all. Once you can hold it and turn it over in your hands, though, it starts to look really, really nice. The silver highlights, the glossiness of the vinyl, and the vagueness of brown to begin with all combine to almost give it's colors a shifting look out in the daylight. Great figure all around.

^^ Couldnt agree more with the both of you. I have the Green/Silver variant with Blue spines and he is easily one of my favorite Godzilla's. Which is saying a lot... since I have about a hundred Godzillas...
