Clearly, Hollywood is OUT of ideas. It must never have occurred to them that we don't need umpteen-dozen movies every year. I, personally, would like to see fewer movies per year, with the studios focusing on quality rather than quantity.

I watched the trailer. It looks like Battle: Los Angeles - on water! (with a little transformers in to boot).

It's gotten to the point where this movie looks so unhumanly stupid that I have to go see it. It looks like a fantastic movie to watch with my friends, who were also left agape when they first saw the trailer.

Yeah. That new trailer does look pretty impressive. Some pretty great CG. Interesting take on the alien war genre.
