Kind of agree there. Rafflesia and Podeleon(?) were pretty cool, too, but I think Galberos is the only one at all likely.
Now it's dark...

I meant more monsters in general not necessarily Nexus only kaiju.

Oh you can bet I agree with that. If we're getting any new monsters for a while I'm sure we"ll see them on the 31st. Do you already have Gomora?

Ahhhh Glenfire. An excellent figure, especially if you like the character. And he's loaded with accessories, too.

Oh man I love glenfire he's so awesome. I'm trying to convince my friend to buy mirror knight because he comes with a self loathing brooding rock.

Gotta love the self loathing brooding rock lol. Yeah MK's next on my "hit list". Then I'll have everyone but Zero himself. Can't wait to pose them all together.

As for Glen, he was the highlight of the film for me.

Same. Story wise I like the first film much better, but I loved the second film for glenfire.
I really want to see more of glenfire.

I'm pretty sure he has a role in the Gaiden for the new movie.... Universe of Steel or something. Honestly I'd be on board for a new Ultra series starring the Zero force fighting Hyper versions of old enemies.

Speaking of Hyper monsters, I've got a good feeling we'll get some movie tie in Ultra Acts. Banking on Hyper Zetton (God do I love this design) and Saga.

Would love a series of Zero force fighting different or old kaiju. I would be on board too.

I wonder if they could bring back jirass, but give him a redesign that makes him less godzilla...
Cause I still want a Jirass Ultra-act. They can keep the frill and dinosaur-like without making it godzilla.

Also Dinotank ultra-act would be cool, but I don't think you can really articulate a figure like that.

Also how come there are some ultra-acts that don't look like they relate to any ultraman series....

Like Andro Mellos and Gridman? I don't know. Though some people are excited about it.

Supposedly there are a few monsters/aliens on the way: Baltan I, Kanegon, Metron, Apatee, and Ace Killer were all shown while Kemur, Gan Q and Imperizer were heavily hinted at.

None of those interest me save Metron and Baltan I. I'm dying for more real monsters in this line, though. Maybe Zoffy's flaming head is hinting at a Birdon in the future. As for Dino Tank.. Hell yeah.

I'd buy an ULTRA-ACT Birdon in a heart beat, for sure! That'd finally be an uber-great move by BANDAI, let's just wait and see. But as long as I can buy a Tyrant alongside Ultraman Taro and a Red King later on, then I'm set.

As for the 31st... I can smell ULTRA-ACT Ultraman Cosmos, Ultraman Saga and Hyper Zetton being presented at the show - which wouldn't be bad in any means!

Just imagine dinotank and yamaton ultra-acts. The articulation would be so bad but the detail would be nice.

Yeah who the hell is andro mellos and what does he have to do with ultraman. <___>

We're definitely on the same page here, Pete. Tyrant and Red King need to be part of any respectable Ultra line.

Man, I'm almost as excited for the show as I am for SpaceGodzilla's release 1 week earlier. The prospect of a Hyper Zetton...

@HikizuruBeat- I looked it up and apparently he's Ultraman Zoffy in disguise. What's next, Godman?

The Ultra Galaxy Tyrant vinyl re-sculpt is almost perfect. It just doesn't have a lot of articulation. Since it may be a while before we get an Act Tyrant, I recommending this one.

Saga is a given. Let's wait and see about Hyper Zetton.

What's next, Godman?

Not in the Act line, since Godman is owned by Toho.

I considered this figure, but Ultraman Cronos's review convinced me not to take the plunge, despite its beautiful scult. It's so small it will be puny next to Gomora and my other 6 inchers.

Legion1979 wrote:Saga is a given. Let's wait and see about Hyper Zetton.

True, true. It would suck if Saga was the only movie tie in UA released, though. And it wouldn't match the trend of one Ultra, one villain. Crossin' my fingers, though.

Those Youtube reviews put too much emphasis on scale and articulation for 800 yen childrens toys. The Tyrant resculpt is a beautiful figure.

It sure is. I need my chosen Tyrant figure to be imposing as well as well sculpted, though. Tbh, I almost competed for that Yamanaya Tyrant a month or two back due to its size alone. Did Marmit ever make a Tyrant, or was the Yam. one the closest we can get?

Yeah the scaling parts of those reviews are always head scratchers...for the most part, who cares?? There's only a few figure like EX Red King that were drastically out of scale, but it's still a great figure so all you can say is oh well.
