Gigan holding Jet Jaguar hostage, that one scene where Gigan is thrating to rip off Jet Jagur's head if Godzilla comes closer and he does try it to but Godzilla reaches him before he can make any lasting damage.

I love that scene. It really sells Gigan as the cowardly jackass he is. He knows from experience that he can't take Godzilla, so he just grabs a hostage instead. Kaiju dickery at its finest.

Death Ghidorah beating the living crap out of the Mothras has to be up there, too.

And Grand Ghidorah's kid-killing dome o' doom. Even for a villain, that's just messed up.

So I'm going to say Godzilla taunting Ebirah with his own severed arm.

This one is just hilariously mean-spirited. "Hey remember when you used to be able to do this? HA HA" It kind of reminds me of in the original King Kong, when Kong goofs around with the T-Rex's jaw after he kills it. It all kind of comes together when you remember that Ebirah was originally written as a Toho Kong picture.

Ultraman is definitely one of the biggest dicks in the kaiju universe. Here are my top 3:

1. Ultraman beating up Gabadon even though a bunch of kids from the neighborhood begged him to stop. All Gabadon wanted to do was just to sleep.

2. Mechagodzilla beating the crap out of Anguirus and then capping it off with breaking his jaw. Wasn't necessary whatsoever.

3. Spacegodzilla levitating a defenseless Little Godzilla in mid-air to a crystal prison in front of Godzilla. SG had to be a dick and attack Godzilla's son in front of him. If SG was smart, he should have put Godzilla in the prison first, but that's an even douchier move.

Ya' know, for a 'hero', Ultraman sounds like total dickweed.

Not just Ultraman, the Science Patrol were kinda dicks as well from time to time. For instance, during the Gabadon incident (surprise surprise ), when Ide comes up with the harmless plan of just washing away Gabadon when he's just a drawing, Cap. Muramatsu just blows him off, calling the plan dull, and decides to put countless lives in jeopardy by attacking the monster when it's physically manifistated. 'What the Hell, Hero?' indeed.

But anyway:
1. Rodan dropping Godzilla on that electrical tower.
2. Ultraman fighting against Gabadon just because Hayata's a skreeonk clutz.
3. Ultraman Tiga engaging in a game of Red Light, Green Light with Silvagon.

2. Mechagodzilla beating the crap out of Anguirus and then capping it off with breaking his jaw. Wasn't necessary whatsoever.

Sure it was. The Simeons wanted to take over the world, and Anguirus tried to stop them. Therefore, Mechagodzilla needed to ensure that Anguirus wouldn't be a threat. Neutralizing his main weapon is an easy way to do that.
