I don't mind them taking a slightly more radical approach to the design of Ultraman Saga- I mean, Leo and Seven were pretty big departures- but it just looks bloody terrible. Zero is decent, I guess. Mebius and Hikari are really cool. Max is basically Ultraseven, so he's cool. Nexus is nice but too bulky. That's more or less my take on stuff.

Along with Revoltech Rodan & Gigan, I just bought the Bandai 6" vinyls for Godzilla 1968 and Hedorah since I don't have any figures of both of them. Got them for $15.00 each.

Heisei Ghidorah arrived. Great figure, good size. I think the paint job could have been a bit brighter, and I wish the heads were looking more up than down. Still a good figure.

I have Bandai's 6'' Ghidorah, and while it's a good sculpt, the underscaling really annoys me. Come on, Bandai, couldn't you have made him at least an inch taller??

Not really a fan of the 6" sculpt of King Ghidorah to be honest.
I agree with you Destroyer, that the heads need to be positioned higher. On a bigger scaled figure the 'looking down' pose would work, but nothing as small as six inches.

That's why I'm eagerly awaiting for preorders of the SH MonsterArts King Ghidorah to come up, sometime this year hopefully!

M1 Bullmark Megalon reissue: Great paint-job, his wings are in metallic-rose and the horn has some glitter.
Bandai 1993 King Seesar: I wasn't sure if it really was the 1993 version when I found it on Ebay (it is!) but I got it for just 24 bucks. The figure is actually really nice in person and has a subtle glitter in its base color.
M1 Bullmark Gabara reissue: He feels like a big plastic pickle when you hold him. Gabara is just a strange freak.

Awesome stuff! Where did you find Megalon and Gabara?

They're from Ebay too, Megalon is from a seller named energonmatrix, he has often some cool, unusual figures like the M1 Haru Nakajima with the Godzilla-pants (it's probably sold by now though).

Gabara was from a german seller who mostly offers 80ies records, Gabara was most likely the only very obscure Godzilla toy he auctioned.
