"War of the Gargantuas" with english subtitles

First time seeing this in it's entirity, pretty good monster film. I did think the ending with both creatures drowning in lava from a sea volcano was a bit random, but otherwise I enjoyed it.

Bride of the Gorilla- Could have been better, but it was interesting to see Ramond Burr in something other than Godzilla.

She-Demons- Interesting and goofy, but She-Demons had very little to do with the overall plot.

Superman II The Richard Donner Cut.

This movie is absolutely HORRIBLE. I do not see the circle jerk attitude this movie gets. It's full of holes, almost as bad at GvsKG91, the reditting removes any depth to Zod, Ursa and Non. Luthor is REALLY played down and the film DRAGS on. There's a reason it was editted and cut for theatrical release. The only upsides to this film are Brando and more Reeve. And the spin the Earth around ending that was the same as Superman the Movie is just as nonsensical as The Kiss. Superman Returns (2005) was a sequel to Superman II. The Richard Donner Cut removes Superman Returns all together

But the HOLES in the plot...

Superman destroys his Fortess. But the Fortess is a main element in Superman Returns

Superman reverses time so Lois forgets him but she has his baby in Superman Returns

Rock in the dinner in Superman II and the dinner owner REMEMBER what happens AFTER Superman reverses time.

Reversing time would NOT stop Zod, Ursa and Non from being freed because he'd have to stop the nuclear ICBM from exploding YEARS BEFORE! But DOESNT!

ARGH! The film is STUPID.

Personally: 2/5 just because it has more Brando and Reeve.
Critically: 0/5 it's a mess of a film.

I finished watching Simon Birch, it was a good movie, it was funny, it had a good plot, and some parts were really sad. I rate it a 4.2/5.

Sound of Horror- Really good, frightening, and very interesting. That sound the creature makes is really horrific. I want a modern day adaption.

Supergirl (1984) Director's Cut - still a bit long, but I enjoyed it more then before with the 30 minutes more of footage. Very silver age DC-ish. Helen Slater is a betty.

Man with the Screaming Brain- Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It actually had some fun moments, and it's suppose to be goofy.

No Country for Old Men-I seriously loved this film. I can see where some people can draw issue with it (especially the ending), but personally I thought it was a fantastic film throughout. Great performances, clever writing, well done suspense. It had it all. I recommend atleast giving it a watch. 10/10

Galaxina- Kind of like Spaceballs, but it sort of falls flat. Parodies such films like Alien and 2001. It had some enjoyable scenes and some fun bits. Blu-Ray was ok, but a bit grainy in space.

The Crater Lake Monster- Weird story, and the film can't seem to pick it's main characters, but I did enjoy the monster's effects and the Blu-Ray was nice.

The movie was extremely boring. I felt like most characters were just phoning it in while they waited for Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2. Draco's emotion was more heartfelt then Gambon's as Dumbledore's.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie: Ah, this one is the best. So many great lines, such a horrible movie...the one thing I wish is that it was a little longer...I feel like they really cut the movie up (or maybe just is that bad). Either way, one of my favorites. "To the Weenie-mobile! Weenie Man awaaay!"...5/5

"King Kong" 1933

Classic monster movie that I'd never seen in its entirity, just bits and pieces through the years. It starts out a bit slow, but picks up once they get to the island. The human characters are sort of one dimensioned but who cares, Kong is the focal point. Amazing that this was made almost 80 years ago.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Bloodwater of Dr. Z: What a shit storm of shit. The crew really ha an opportunity to rip this movie to shreds, and they did. It's positively horrible. It's on Netflix, so I would check it out if I was you. Five strip teases out of five.

The Billion Dollar Brain - The last in the "Harry Palmer" trilogy; a series of spy films from the same crew and key creatives as the 007 franchise with a young Michael Caine as the dry witted Harry Palmer. They're interesting because they're the polar opposite tone as the James Bond movies; cynical, grounded and gritty spy thrillers. Billion Dollar Brain keeps this same tone, but it's about Harry Palmer stopping a Capitalist Cult run by a paranoid Texas oil baron and his plans to invade Latvia with the aid of a billion dollar super computer.

It was completely gonzo and wonderful.

^Who read Harry Palmer as Harry Potter?

I've just been watching TV recently, but movie-wise I think I saw Batman (1989). It's really hard for me to decide who was the better Joker, Jack or Heath? I really like Michael Keaton's Batman. He did a better Batman, but I think Bale did a better Bruce Wayne. What gets me is how Vicky and Knox didn't know Bruce Wayne's history. I kinda get Vicky because she was from out of town, but Knox was from Gotham! How did he not know? Anyway, really good movie:

@ Deadpool: *raises hand* Me!

Comedian Harmonists: A German sextet is formed in the late 1920's. There's plenty of drama along the wall, and there are bigger decisions to be faced when Hitler comes to power. This is a great German movie, and is definitely one of my favorite foreign films that I have seen. There's some great drama, character development, and tension. The ending is bittersweet, and the fact that it's based on a true story makes it that much more awe-inspiring. If you're in a German language class at your high school, I'd tell your teacher about it. However, it is rated R (for nudity and some language). But I would happily give this five amazing songs out of five.

Deep Sea Monster Raiga: Really weird movie. I liked it. It had a goofy, over-the-top charm. Raiga was rockin' those thunderbolts, and the second monster's entrance was pretty boss.

I only want to see Reigo even more now though...

Storm of the Dead- My God this movie is stupid, bad acting, horrible over acting, the zombies well there is barely any zombies. Why is this movie filmed like it was fan made, it looked like someone filmed it from a phone. The story is there is no story. One scene, where im guessing is one of the main character (woman) forced a soldier to touch her breast, which he refused because it's "sexual harassament". It's not really harassament when she allows you to do it, but other then that, pointless scene.

1/5

If you wanna see what im talking about it's on youtube movies horror section.
