I personally enjoy Alien 3 over Alien Resurrection since Alien 3 had a nice gritty feel to it and I think they ended the story nicely. While Resurrection had it's moments but I feel like the characters where dull, everything feel flat and the Newborn was just awful. That creature had no reason to be made and I don't know why they thought it was a good idea?

Nope, I actually don't mind Terminator 3, Sure it wasn't near what the first two films were in quality.. but i found it more cheesy fun, Terminator Salvation was 1 big freaking bore of a film.. Sure it had good effects, but that's it... The rest was Crap.. even the CGI Arnold was garbage... It was the only movie i ever saw in theater an begged for it to end.

T3 was a fun film once you get past the stupid humor. Most people don't think it's not that bad of a film and I didn't mind Salvation since the R rated director's cut is somewhat of a improvement.

Everyone has their own opinions. To be fair, I have not seen T3 since it was originally in theaters back in 2003, and I dont really desire to. I just thought Arnolds performace was so awful. Also the T-X did nothing for me. It neither felt more advanced, nor more of a threat than the T-1000. For me, "Salvation" was a nice chance to start things fresh. We get a full on future story (that I always wanted), plus a lot of fan service back to the original film. For me I was so involved in the story, it didn't feel boring at all. But then again, thats just me.

I think TERMINATOR 3 is an awful, awful movie... a poorly made, phoned in retread of its far superior predecessors. I disliked it when it was first released, decided to give it a 2nd chance years later, and found it even worse than I remembered. SALVATION is no masterpiece but I'd watch it 100 times in a row before sitting through T3 again.

I have mixed feelings about ALIEN 3. The movie never recovers from its opening missteps, but the assembly cut is well directed (if still flawed). On the other hand, RESURRECTION was just the wrong approach to take and IMO is by far the worst film of the series. For the spin-offs, AVP is a bad movie with some fun moments while AVP:R is absolute garbage. I have my fingers crossed for PROMETHEUS because we're waaaaay overdue for another truly great film in the "Alien universe".

Following up the T3 VS. TS debate, I often find myself watching Terminator 3 more often than many Schwaezenegger movies (excluding say the Running Man, Predator, and True Lies). It can be claimed to be poorly made, though I disagree. It was just crafted differently, as that of a hyper action film, and was ignorant to what James Cameron created with the first two films. Taken as that hyper action movie, it's a lot of fun to watch. If you're looking toward it to see a story progrss forward, then yeah, you're going to be pissed off.

Taken T3's ambition and compare it to Salvation's ambition, Salvation thought of itself as an honoring of the Terminator legacy, but it honored it with a very choppy story and attempted to recreate the Cameron tone and did so poorly. In my opinion, Salvation was a far worse failure than Rise of the Machines. More Terminator in tone, probably, but that doesn't make it a better movie.

Still would rather watch either than the Sarah Conner Chronicles. That just sucked balls.

So, which public does this list compromise? Fans? General audiences? Critics? It's all so vague.

Titanic, Crash, Avatar & Fantastic Four

People just find Titanic and Avatar overrated seeing how popular they are and how they made so much money. Crash was incredibly racist and most people feel like other movies should have won best picture. The first Fantastic Four movie was okay but I found the sequel to be worst.

This is how I would handle the list:

1. Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull (2008)
2. Star Wars Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace (1999)
3. Armageddon (1998) - I know a lot of people that dislike this movie
4. Twilight (2008)
5. Psycho (1998)
6. Batman And Robin (1997)
7. Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen (2009)
8. Alone in the Dark (2005)
9. House Of The Dead (2003)
10. Battlefiled Earth (2000)
11. The Last Airbender (2010)
12. The Happening (2008)
13. Die Another Day (2002)
14. Hulk (2003)
15. Catwoman (2004)
16. Avatar (2009)
17. The Wicker Man (2006)
18. X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)
19. Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2009)
20. Highlander 2: The Quickening (1991)
21. The Spirit (2008)
22. GI Joe: Rise of Cobra (2009)
23. Super Mario Bros (1993)
24. Freddy Got Fingered (2001)
25. Pearl Harbour (2001)
26. Planet Of The Apes (2001)
27. Alien vs. Predator (2004)
28. Epic Movie (2007)
29. Cat in the Hat (2003)
30. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997)

36. Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)
37. A Nightmare On Elm Street (2010)
38. Doom (2005)
39. The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003)
40. Spider-Man 3 (2007)
41. The Matrix Reloaded / The Matrix Revolutions (2003)
42. Terminator 3 (2003) / Terminator: Salvation (2009)
43. Jurassic Park III (2001)
44. Waterworld (1995)
46. Swept Away (2002)
45. Halloween (2007)
47. The Haunting (1999)
48. Resident Evil (2002)

If Casablanca were one of the most hated films of all time, then it certainly wouldn't be compared to films like Citizen Kane and The Godfather.

For the sake of this post, let's say he wasn't joking...

I'm not saying he can't hate Casablanca, or any other movie like that. I'm saying he's missing the point of this list. According to the first post, lots of people were polled and asked what they thought were the most hated films of all time. Hate to break it to you, but there are more people out there that like Casablanca than there are people who hate it. Therefore, it has no right to be on this list.

If he wants to come up with a list of the films that he hates the most, then he can go right ahead and do that. But this particular list is not just one person's opinions. It's a collaboration of opinions.

I was joking. Now to be serious...

It is surprising to see that IJ and the Crystal Skull made the number 1 spot. I would have imagined Daredevil or the Rise of the Fallen to be closer to that spot.

From what I read, it actually mentions precisely ZIP on how the list was constructed so for all we know it is the sole opinion of whoever wrote it up.
