You're most likely going to be disappointed. I'm not going out of my way to be a Debbie Downer, but I'm being realistic here. Bandai is very stingy with Godzilla. They always have been. Hell, even the Ultra Act line - for all the heroes it's done - has really only done a very tiny handful of monsters.
I mean just look at the other Figuarts lines! They have multiple re-paints of the same figure over and over again, and lots of figures from Showa and Heisei eras. I'm sure they'll do all the FW designs if they want to.
They won't want to. The fact of the matter is that - even if this line sells well - Godzilla doesn't have a large presence in Japan anymore and Bandai is very careful with how they merchandise him now. The last few movies didn't do well at all (a couple bombed) and we're lucky we're getting anything at all at this point. I think it's really not in anyone's best interests to sit here and dream too big about this huge figure line consisting all every monster from every Godzilla era. You're going to be let down if you do. So far the line seems very strong out of the gate and - regardless of how I feel about what era they're concentrating on - they've begun by giving us some of the bigger names in the Godzilla series such as Godzilla himself, Mechagodzilla, Space Godzilla and eventually Rodan and King Ghidora. Even in the '90s when the movies were doing well and the toys were being produced at a faster rate, most of the more obscure characters were ignored. And that's only gotten worse as time has gone by. For whatever reason we're missing major figures like the original Rodan and Ghidora, Baragon and Megalon in the vinyl series, not to mention the fact that Bandai wouldn't go near the lower tier FW monsters even when the movie was brand new. I don't see them saying, "Hey, you know what would sell? An entire line of Final Wars monsters. The complete set. All in a high-end line that costs anywhere from $50-$70+!!"
I'd eat my hat if they did, but I don't think they're that stupid. This line of thinking I'm seeing ("This series is going to be so successful that we're going to get EVERYONE! I can't wait!") is cute but not at all realistic. I think people are letting that high of finally getting a new Godzilla toy series that breaks free of the old vinyl figures get the better of them.
