I'm not some copyright crusader like others on here, but I can't help but notice a bit of irony in that post.

What is the problem with GAMERA THE BRAVE, assuming you're talking about Media Blasters' release of it? The only problem I found with it was the fact the music was missing from the trailer, and the apparent lack of English version credits.

It's a single disc movie with nothing extra. It's $18 on Amazon.com. The bootleg is 3 DVD and 1 CD from the R2 in an amazing hard card foil case and its $35.

Gojira-Fan wrote:There is actually a documentary and trailers on The Gamera the Brave DVD. While I'm sure the bootleg with three discs has more extra content, the release was hardly barebones.

Ethan wrote:Huh? $35 for a bootleg? There's nothing that justifies such price, and I think that seller is an unscrupulous twat.

Legion1979 wrote:I love how wataru says that a legit product that a licensee has to actually pay money to make, distibute and market "isn't worth it" at $18 while an illegal copy that's basically just a DV-R, a plastic case and xeroxed artwork is somehow worth $35. Apart from buying copies of the films they're illegally copying, how much does it cost a bootlegger to make the crap they sell?
