The ones I would like to see are Mothra, Rodan, Anguirus, King Ghidorah, Gigan, Mechagodzilla, Biollante, Spacegodzilla, & Destoroyah. I would use the way they were in their original films, especially Ghidorah, and Mechagodzilla they need to go back to being the antagonist in the films, Ghidorah being a space monster, and Mechagodzilla being a machine built by the Simeons.

Finally, I was starting to think I was alone in wanting Rodan to be badass again. And he'd be prefect for a first film, they're both mutants made by fallout so their origins tie in perfectly. Hell it wouldn't even be a stretch to give him a beam like Godzilla as long as he still uses T&C.

Not for the first film. Assuming this is Godzilla's first attack they would probably save MG for a later film, assuming we get more. It just wouldn't make sense to have a mech version of a monster we don't even know exist yet.

Why bring a monster that no one outside of the fanbase has even heard of let alone a lazy recycled in space insane concept about mutant dinosaur DNA in space that will just have the general viewer rolling their eyes and saying "this is skreeonk retarded"?

They can buy a mutant dinosaur or giant mutant/god/goddess bug, they might be able to buy into an alien that looks like a dragon, hell they might even be able to buy into an ancient alien cyborg buried under ice or a space creature that feeds off pollution but Spacegodzilla? Nope.

& Destoroyah.

I think people need to get over the fact that Destroyah was pretty much meant to be a one time thing. To bring him back will end up cheapening the whole point of Godzilla vs Destroyah. He's not gonna show up again except in games, comics, and books. The only way he would ever be brought into another movie is if it's another fun, not serious Destroy All Monsters/GFW monster party movie like King Caesar and several Showa monsters were and even then not likely.

It's a little early to be using space men. Let's ease the general viewers into this by introducing them to the monsters before we get into the more crazy aspects of the franchise.

I want it to go like this. Godzy murders city. Then anguirus against Godzy. Then Anguirus, GodZy, Rodan free for all while destroying same city. Godzilla comes to new city and then Bagan as the super baddy at the end. Then Godzilla proceeds to raping new city some more! None of them of course posing any real threat to Goji with only Bagan coming remotely close.

Bring in the big boys to get all the money out of this you can, King Ghidorah, Rodan, Mothra, Anguirus, the general audience didn't give a shit about many of the other ones and would probably barely fork over two pieces of potato skin to see the ones I mentioned without Godzilla. Hell nowadays they probably would barely give two cents to see Godzilla if there isn't some hype around this.

In fact I always thought about seeing Godzila and Rodan team up to fight Destoroyah. Other than that maybe Spacegodzilla, but I doubt anyone will bring him back.

I would like to see King Ghidorah or Anguirus return.

If Its KG, then I'd like them to have the movie revolve around Godzilla, but have a sub-plot about the meteorite similar to that of GTTHM just without Rodan and Mothra. Then near the end Ghidorah pops up from the meteor and reaks havok. Then Godzilla decides to fight him, leading to the Climax.

If its Anguirus, then they should again, focous on Godzilla mostly and have a sub-plot of missing boats and people seeing/killed by a unknown creature. Then, near the end, Anguirus reveals himself, and Godzilla fights him.

Any of those would please me.

And that's fine. Just don't expect Mechagodzilla in the first film, it's too early to use him.

He's a one time thing. You won't see him in another film unless it's a fun all out crazy don't care about continuity monster mash like DAM/GFW.

And if by off chance there is another film and for some reason they do decide on Spacegodzilla they probably would go for an origin that is actually somewhat believable and not asinine like maybe a top secret NASA experiment with G-cells that went wrong when a solar flare hit the shuttle/moon base. No black holes.

I have 2 different ideas on this

1. Rodan- I think Rodan could be played out similar to Gyaos in G:GotU. Start off with 2 small Rodans, male and female like the original, that are killing livestock, people etc. They fight Godzilla who kills one and the other grows to full size. Rodan could be a great monster to go with Godzilla because both are mutated dinosaurus so origins could be explained. I think Rodan would be great to have come from a volcano.

2. King Ghidorah- Come from outer space in a meteorite that crashes into the San Francisco bay. Still a space monster true to the origins. Could be a great first enemy but also could be saved for the sequel.

Bonus: Mecha-Godzilla should be saved for the 3rd.

I would personally want to see the fight of Godzilla the following monsters: King Ghidorah, Bagan, and Gorosaurus. King Ghidorah by all means who tries most difficult for the great G, then Bagan, and Gorosaurus.

I think is too early for Ghidorah to be already in the first movie considering his importance and power.

I could see Rodan and/or Anguirus being used as other dinosaurs mutated by nuclear or biological weapons tests alongside Godzilla. It could tap into the radioactive dinosaur cliche, perhaps having the story set in Japan.

Ghidorah would be nice, but I can't think of a way to use him that wouldn't change his or Godzilla's origin. Godzilla is a mutant dinosaur, Ghidorah is a planet destroying space dragon. IF a story can be made that is true to both, than sure.

I myself have been working up a story idea for the film. The villain is Battra. The basic plot of the film has the world in a massive arms race (like Godzilla vs. Biollante) 60 years after the 1954 Godzilla attack. Someone gets the bright idea of cloning Godzilla to counter nuclear weapons. Cloned from preserved skin cells found in the ruins of Tokyo, Godzilla forms a bond with a female Japanese scientist (played by Rinko Kikuchi) Godzilla is able to absorb and purify radiation, potentially making nuclear weapons useless (much like the ANEB).

However, the lab containing Godzilla is attacked by a terrorist group called Black Moth. Godzilla escapes and several G-Cells are stolen. The governments of the world meet (Japanese Prime Minister is played by Akira Takarada) and decide to destroy Godzilla. Meanwhile, Black Moth has created Battra from the stolen Godzilla DNA. Godzilla fights the military (using battleships and maser cannons). Godzilla is calmed down by Japanese scientist, but leaves as if sensing something. Godzilla heads to an island off the shore of the northwest United States where he fights Battra's larval form. Both monsters are injured, Godzilla going dormant and Battra fleeing underground.

Both monsters recover, Battra metamorphosis into its Imago form and the monsters have a rematch in Seattle.

In terms of Battra itself, it is now a living doomsday weapon created from Godzilla's DNA. One of the main changes is its size. Godzilla is about 120 feet tall and is 250 feet long when layed down from snout to tail. Battra's larval form is almost as tall as Godzilla when it raises up (not counting the horn) and is about 300 feet long. The Imago form is also larger than Godzilla, the body being almost as big as him and having a 300 foot wingspan.

As for powers, Battra's larval form attacks mainly with its horn and tail, as well as some constricting abilities. It can also fire bio-electric bolts from its horn and burrow underground. The imago form fires stingers from its abdomen (like GMK Mothra) and instead of laser vision, it sprays acid from its eyes, like how a horned lizard sprays blood from its eyes.

Battra's larval from is more of a brutal, close quarters fighter, the Imago form more of a ranged combatant due to more weapons and flight.

I also changed Battra's roar. Instead of the Rodan like cackle, it has more of a raspy scream, kind of like this:

For the most part,I was gonna keep the history of the 1954 attack kind of vague if that helps. I changed the origins and the design a bit, but the character would have remained intact. If I were to make it entirely original, I'd have Godzilla as a dinosaur mutated by biological weapons testing and I'd have him go up against an entirely new kaiju, probably some kind of giant insect queen. Similar to GINO 2, they would be the top predators of a mutant ecosystem and are fighting for supremacy.

I agree, but this is still an early draft that needs a lot of fleshing out. I also looked at Godzilla 1985 and Godzilla: King of the Monsters for inspiration, even going as far as to look at the dialogue.

I also re-imagined Battra's personality. If left on its own, it is a mindless engine of destruction, senselessly attacking everything around it. However, Black Moth is able to control it using pheromones, better focusing its attacks.

Design wise, the only real edit to Battra is the structure of the larval form's legs and a more robust tail-claw.

Frankly... I never want to see a man-made MechaGodzilla ever again. I mean, besides the fact that you would have to sink the global economy like the skreeonk Titanic in order to manufacture such a thing, the sheer idea of making this metal titan in the image of something that's killed god knows how many people is actually quite tasteless if you think about it.

Let me put it this way: Imagine you were just minding your own one day, and suddenly Godzilla attacks. You survive, but the attack leaves you homeless and jobless, your family is dead, along with several of your friends. In the shelters you see children orphaned and parents that have lost their children in the attack, and you see people, both civilian and military, die slowly of radiation poisoning because they were just too close to the monster. Before you know it, the attack becomes etched in your nightmares. For all intents and purposes, your life is now ruined. Later on, you hear word that the govt. is now in the works of creating a super weapon to use against Godzilla. At first, you're elated. You can't wait for vengeance to be struck down of Godzilla; sure, you are a bit concerned that money that could be used to rebuild what was lost is instead being pumped into something that's not even proven, but hell, you want to see Godzilla die, to pay for the suffering it's caused.

And then the day comes where they reveal the weapon. Behind that curtain stands the very thing that'll kill Godzilla. The curtain pulls back and... What. That's the first thought that runs through your head. WHAT. The thought repeats itself, only more loudly this time. WHAT?! You feel your fists tighten, your teeth grinding against each other, as you try to comprehend as to why the hell did they make the weapon resemble the very thing that ruined your life, and has taken so many others. This has to be some sort of skreeonk sick joke. While the room around you experiences similar reactions, the reactions belonging to those on the TV you find utmost revolting. Clapping. They're skreeonk clapping. That damn monster killed thousands, and they just skreeonk immortalized its image. The emotions running through you are many, it'd be impossible to even begin listing them off. All of this, because some heartless jackass didn't even think of the countless victims Godzilla left in his wake.

You, know, if you actually really think about it, a man-made MechaGodzilla is really no different than Japan using a nuke.
