Carnotaurus vs. Spinosaurus

But not anywhere close to as heavy. The film carnos are incredibly stocky, muscular beasts. Spino is rather lanky. I have a friend that's 4 inches taller than me but about 40 lbs lighter.

In a realistic battle between the 2 if they were to have met, I might give the battle to Spinosaurus if it was one on one.. but wasn't Carnotaurus pack hunters? I don't re-call off the top of my head... If so then Spino would lose.

He'd still get his ass handed to him by Tyrannosaurus Rex an Giga though.

Carnos were pack hunters, and spinosaurus is better designed to catch and eat big fish then to fight other animals, especially big predators.

Sure, if you're referring to fish of the Devonian era. But this is the Mesozoic era we're talking about. Fish by this point were bony perhaps, but heavily armored? Most heavily armored fish such as Dunkleosteus primarily lived 200 million years before Spinosaurus They would be long gone by then.

Dunks were around 30+ feet long, Great Whites are generally 15-23 feet long.

It's not the size of the fish that concerns me, I'm just addressing the fact that fish around that time were not heavily armored like they were in the Devonian era.

So true. The carnos in Dinosaur were ridiculously oversized. They were at least 15 feet longer and 8x the weight. Seriously, though... check out the video I posted (which is just as exaggerated as Dinosaur yet dares to call itself a "documentary").

It may be shitty, but I once tried to do something like that in pivot. It looked like skreeonk.

Oh and speaking of the fight, this Carnotaurus is big as a T-rex...I think. Well judging by how big the Iguanadons were. But still, the Carnotaurus were very ferocious. 5/10 for both.
