Panasonic stops making VCRs (in Japan)

Sorta a shock... Japan likes old media formats. They kept Laserdisc going long after it died in the west. They continued making Dreamcast games when PS owned the marked and after PS2 game out. They still have 'discos'.

I laugh at a lot of immature things but honestly when I read that line and all the yahoo comments I just rolled my eyes. Even I have my limits on how immature people can act online.

Non the less I did enjoy reading it, pretty cool, first we had gas giants, now we have boiling hot water giants. Guess water isn't as rare in the universe as people think. Though I find it funny how story says no life we know can live at 446 degrees Fahrenheit when we have things living in volcanic trenches underneath the ocean at 600 Fahrenheit.
