Haha, nice. It's crazy how Skyrim is, that there can be a Giant and a Dragon fighting in the wilderness somewhere, only for you to stumble upon them. By the way, I'm having serious Skyrim withdrawals without my 360 for the time being, so I got my YouTube account finally going the other day, and I subscribed ;)[/quote]

I saw that! Thanks for the subscription :D

So I've finally entered Sovngarde. I'm currently level 36 (which I hear is much higher than necessary). Nahkriin was easy enough to kill; for some reason, he was already at 50% health when I arrived at the portal, and the Dragon that's supposed to be there with him wasn't. The two on the sides were, but they stayed on their towers.

Anyways, I led a Stormcloak soldier to the Hall of Valor, but some of the other morons along the way didn't follow me. Did they forget who I am?

Anyways, had to stop it there.

I found that the fight to get to Nahkriin was harder than Nahkriin himself. Alduin is capable of doing a lot of damage really quickly, so be aware of that before you fight him... though that may be because I play on master.

Yeah, I agree. I hated that first dragon that attacks you, right on that bridge with all the Draugr.

And I'm playing on... novice.

It might just be the fact that it's my first ES game... or the fact that I'm generally not that good at video games. Whatever.

But I had to lower it to get through with the Bards' College quests, because there was a Frost Dragon blocking the dungeon where you find King Olaf's verse, and it kept kicking my ass.

Other than that, I was doing all right at Apprentice.

The dragon at the gate of Sovengard was an asshole. I'd use dragon rend and that skreeonk would cheat and land somewhere where I couldnt get him, or somewhere that by the time I reached him the shout wore off. Thats not factoring in the crap ton of Draugr who keep Fus-Ro-Dahing me.

Yeah. Thankfully, I started using a bow and arrows a few weeks ago, so I have a decent Archery skill (around level 45). I'd probably use it as my main method of combat if it wasn't for the fact that reloading arrows takes forever.

I could probably make a better bow than I have right now, though. I'm using a "Flawless" Falmer bow, just 'cause I picked it up and had a few extra Chaurus Chitins. In fact, I probably have the materials to craft a Daedric Bow... I'll have to look into that after I rip Alduin a new one.

Also, I REALLY wish Kodlak and Torygg would follow you to the Hall of Valor, and maybe join you. Ysgramor, too. That'd be awesome, to fight alongside even more of Skyrim's greatest heroes. But I guess that would make Alduin even easier to beat than what I've heard.

It's pretty anti-climatic to be honest. He goes down pretty quickly for the so-called "world eater".

It didn't help that at the beginning of the game, I made a second profile to become a part time serial killer in Riverwood. Even at level two, I managed to get all the killables. Pretty hard to do through.

It's definetly not like Oblivion where I can go into the Imperial city at Level 1 on the highest difficulty and slaughter half the town with my bare hands.

Man, good times....

:) I know... Good times, before I was about to quit playing Oblivion for the day I would make a save and kill as many people as I could before dying, needless to say, sometimes it took awhile. In Fallout 3, Megaton didn't worry about the Atom Bomb because I slaughtered them all. If you just punched that guys Brahmin in the middle of the town they would go berserk and all start shooting you. So one day I killed them all for that, except the kids, which was kind of funny because then they'd run and hide from you Lol! (unless you had the PC mod to kill them)

So I killed Alduin. It really was a disappointing battle. Great plot, nonetheless.

Also, that Stormcloak Soldier followed me into battle against Alduin. What a skreeonk hero.

I accidently pissed off the entire town of Megaton and I made a last stand at my house with a 10mm pistol. I actually killed all of them but the meat chunks and body parts kept making my game crash every time I tried to go into my house, so I had to reload a diffrent save.

Odahviing just saved the skreeonk out of my life.

I saw Viinturuth (or rather, a dragon that turned out to be Viinturuth), on my way to kill the Stormcloak Courier for Legate Rikke, and had no idea that I was about to be attacked at Anga's Mill by another Dragon. Needless to say, two of the Mill workers were killed pretty quickly, so I called Odahviing and he came soon after.

Then Viinturuth joined the battle. Thankfully, I had just recently crafted a Daedric Bow and upgraded it to Legendary, so I was packing. Anyways, 'twas an epic battle that came about, with Odahviing and I taking on Viinturuth and the unnamed Blood Dragon. It was beautiful.

I call him my Wing-Brother now.

The only thing I didn't like was the repeated use of certain screams and sounds and that goofy skreeonk' sword that the character in the steel plate armor was using. It looks like so out of place. But everything else was pretty kickass.

lol, so yesterday, I had a few hours before work, so I popped in Skyrim.

I was mainly just exploring and goofing around (you know, fus ro dah'ing a few goats... etc,).

I see a guy just trotting through the forest, so I decide to bring out the fire, and just let loose on him,

expecting a bounty... I get...

"Mission Complete: Kill the Criminal - Speak to (someone, can't remember. lol)"

I was pleasantly surprised.
