I guess PG-13, I don't know how they can give it an R rating, unless there's a lot of dark imagery, and swearing.

PG-13

An R rating is about as likely as the upcoming TMNT reboot getting an R!

PG-13 is the most likely rating to go with. Besides if its a PG film people will think that it'll be a kiddy targeted film but if it gets an R rating then there goes a potential huge audience. With PG-13 you can still have a serious film but with action fun enough for familes.

I choose PG-13

Are you saying that's inherent in an R-rated film?

Why no 'G' option? Sure it is silly, but like Godzilla getting an 'R' isn't?

Because G would clearly ruin any serious reputation... Besides, when has Godzilla been labeled G? It's been PG due to Sci-Fi and Monster Violence.

Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge, and Godzilla vs. Megalon were all rated G. ;)
Hell, Hedorah was initially rated G back in '72, but than again, I'm pulling the pre-Temple of Doom card, aren't I?

But this not about Godzilla's reputation, it's asking users a question: what do you think should be the film's rating? G and NC-17 have to be there.

But on topic, I guess a film between G and PG is what the franchise needs.
Every film should have at least one animal attack.

PG-13 for OBVIOUS! Reasons. I mean why would it be PG or R??? It just makes no sense.

R, certainly not. I could see the film being PG (I wouldn't mind it either), but I don't expect it.

PG-13.
I really cant see it being rated R and being PG would probably drive some people away from seeing it.
