I still have a lot of older cards from 1998-2001, I stop collecting them around 2002 due to becoming a Yu-Gi-Oh fan at the time. I still have the original Japanese cards of the G2 starters from 1999 or 2000. These cards where apart of my childhood and I'm glad that I still have most of them along with a lot of old Digimon cards as well. I do remember trying to sell them but they did not give very much for them but that was like 8 and half years ago. I guess they are worth more now?

That Japanese set of the Gen 2 starters is all over the place. It's not worth anything, sadly. It's cool to have though. Most of the old cards are worth less now than they used to be.

OP here's what you do, take all that worthless crap you don't want and chuck it in the garbage, it will save you time, effort, and with what most of those cards are probably worthless it will save money too.
