Two of the greatest fighting game franchises of all time face off in the first of two cross-over melee games that mix Street Fighter and Tekken characters.

Street Fighter x Tekken makes history as fighters from these two bastions of the fighting genre come together for the very first time. Utilizing the same 2D viewpoint and technology that powered Street Fighter IV, this game allows for Tekken characters such as Kazuya Mishima and Nina Williams to make the transition into the Street Fighter universe having been re-imagined using Capcom's much-loved art style. Their looks may be different, but these characters have retained their own unique characteristics and signature moves as they go head-to-head with classic brawlers from the Street Fighter franchise in what promises to be an explosive match up.

This game might be the only fighter that can stand up to the upcoming Mortal Kombat game. It's just EPIC. Kazuya is more badass looking imo. I wonder how they will handle Jin.

I see want to see MKvs.DS or MKvs.SF one day. The trailer was awesome, and I can't wait to play as Evil Ryu against Devil Jin.

I hope they add in Devil Jin, it would also be awesome to see Devil Jin vs. Akuma.
I'll be keeping a close eye on this game, the Street Fight Version looks sick. But I'm also interested in seeing Ryu in the Tekken Version.

Bah! I would've freaked for Darkstalkers 4, I was never a fan of Tekken, I always went with Virtua fighter during that period.

Yeah those 2 are the ones that stand out if only because they are classic( Akira ) or their bad voice acting ( Wolf ), it also helps when they appear in SEGA's crossover party games.

Tekken's characters, most of them, say a lot when it comes to personality, specially some like Dragunov who don't say a word and just to have them onscreen is like "Oh I sure know him!".

It would be sick if Ogre made a return, but hopefully Devil Jin will make it.

I think I'll be getting the street fighter version because Tekken doesn't really have any Ultras or cutscene specials.
But then again I might get the Tekken version since I'm a Tekken fan at heart.

I gotta have the Ultras. Don't get me wrong, I cut my teeth on Tekken 2 and 3, but at heart, it's all Street Fighter. It's all about Gouki.

I'm not completely use to Street Fighters, so much to adapt to and learn, as if you have to evolve yourself to a higher species lol. But that's what I find interesting about the games, no mercy.

I love the Ultras, so I guess I'll go with the Street Fighter version. Besides the Tekken characters look more, "captured" and just right in the SF version. Though it will be weird seeing Ryu fighting in the Tekken version along with all of his techs.

Looks like we might have wait a bit longer for Darkstalkers 4 since the last DS game cameout 13 years ago. Or do a DSvs.MK game since it will fit better then SFvs.MK if you ask me.
