Video Game Characters in Fantasy Matches

Ok, my take on this is two very specific rules.

1. Only well known game characters/creatures. No obscure things no one has ever heard of or played.
2. They have to semi-realistic. Which pretty much rules out Mario, Sonic, etc. And a lot of RTS, RPG characters as well, unless they are extremely realistic in how they do combat (No, this attack blows up a building when but only does 5 damage cause I'm level 1 billion).

So basically stuff like Ridley, the Monster Hunter.... monsters, Solid Snake, and Master Chief (though I would specify book or videogame cheif).

Stuff like Mario, Ratchet and Clank, Sonic, and some Final Fantasy are terribly bad.

We need a series of guideline test matches over the course of several weeks. I have the guidelines, I have stats on nearly 5600 fighters in one area begging to be used, I can make the matches, and we can see how they go from there. If most of them work we can use them, that way everyone that wants to use VG characters can do so. Let us TEST this stuff THOROUGHLY before coming up with radical decisions that will alter the history of this site forever. I have talked to Vega last night about this, he did indeed approve this. Can we at least give try it out?

Well Mario's world/universe and powers/abilities are even less believable.

How do they even know it won't work if you don't use it in some FMs and TEST THEM OUT FIRST? Giving them a chance is what I'm trying to get at here.

How come? Characters from Sonic, and the Final Fantasy games do have their own feats. For example in Final Fantasy V, where Neo Exdeath erase a small country alway, and was stated that he can destroy a universe.

Yeah, realistic as in they aren't jumping in lava and just getting their pants lit on fire. Or spraying gold rings everywhere instead of getting chopped in half.
