why no Godzilla/Ultrman crossover

Isn't Ultraman also the only kaiju gerne making money right now, if I was toho I let Godzilla appear in the ultra saga and then take a cut of what ever Godzilla appears in.

Toho never seem to be a fan of crossovers in the first place. They didn't let DH do comic book crossovers with Godzilla in the first place.

I like the men are acting like Godzilla and Ultraman are just part of the natural scenery.

The closest we'll see is Ultraman vs Jirass because it's pretty much godzilla with a frill and yellow hilights.

The noise Jirass makes is one of the lamest, most annoying sounds in kaijudom.

I've said this before; I would absolutely LOVE to see Tsuburaya do a Godzilla film/series, or a Godzilla/Ultraman crossover. The possibilities......

Would a Kamen Rider crossover with Godzilla work? I was told that their is a Kamen Rider that has the power to grow into giant size?

Certain incarnations of Godzilla would decimate Ultraman. He is the most powerful Daikaiju. You know, hyper regeneration, impenetrable hide, telepathic abilities, Nuclear Pulses, super strength even by monster standards, can breath underwater, and has an atomic Ray that can destabilize black holes and destroy meteors. While Ultraman's abilities are varied and great, it's like a many skilled samurai fighting a gunslinger. Gunslinger wins.

Ultraman, despite being giant, doesn't fit within the context of Godzilla's universe anyway. The tones and style of each universe are so drastically different.

Most powerful?

No. He got his ass handed to him a good number of times by more powerful creatures, and sometimes even weaker but smarter ones like the Mothra larval. He's tough but far from invincible.

You're referring to Showa Godzilla from various instances. And KiryuGoji. The number of nigh-unstoppable brawler Godzillas outweighs the number of pathetic ones.

It takes MUCH more to knock down the Big G than it used to in the Showa days except in KiryuGoji's cases. They've had to exploit weaknesses over and over since Godzilla vs. Biollante.

*Takes off glasses*

You did not just call Showa Godzilla pathetic.

Someone please tell me he's joking. The same guy who's crazy fighting style has sent monster after monster running home to mommy. Look power isn't everything, Mothra and Battra managed to beat Heisei Godzilla with team work despite being "weaker" then the big guy. Hell Godzilla himself has proven this time and time again by beating monster more powerful then himself either by teaming up with another monster like Rodan to repel someone he could not beat on hos own like Showa King Ghidorah or finding some kind of weakness and exploiting it like blowing up Orga from the inside or just taking advantage of a situation that puts the stronger monster at a disadvantage such as when mankind intervened during the whole Hedorah thing. Or just gaining a new power, Heisei Mechagodzilla is WAY more dangerous then Heisei Godzilla and he would have won were it not for Fire Rodan giving the big G a new breath weapon.

You're playing the selective evidence card. And I don't know why. There is more than enough evidence to suggest that Godzilla is the most powerful Daikaiju. He has the most immense feats under his belt. If not him then who? King Ghidorah? Hedorah? Spacegodzilla? Destoroyah? Godzilla's defeated all of them. Godzilla is numero uno. And this is a generally accepted fact. It's even stated in some of the movies, such as the Kiryu saga and GFW. It's even on wikipedia. In Giant Monster canon, Godzilla is top dog. Just because some incarnations aren't as powerful as other means nothing. At least ONE Godzilla is the most powerful monster ever, and that's enough. And don't throw Gamera at me. He's displayed weakness far more times than Godzilla has.

Heisei Mechagodzilla is WAY more dangerous then Heisei Godzilla and he would have won were it not for Fire Rodan giving the big G a new breath weapon.

Mechagodzilla only bested Godzilla thanks to Miki. If she could not show them where the brain was, then it would not have worked. So it really wasn't Mechagodzilla's doing, so much as the telepath.

just taking advantage of a situation that puts the stronger monster at a disadvantage such as when mankind intervened during the whole Hedorah thing.

FW Godzilla basically one shot killed him without any help. In fact, he did it to Ebirah simultaneously.

exploiting it like blowing up Orga from the inside

Ok, before Orga opened his mouth and hypnotized Godzilla. He was WRECKED. He was literally falling apart. He needed to do it as a last resort to ATTEMPT to become more like Godzilla who was the dominate life form. This was actually explained somewhat. Then Godzilla, through use of his telepathic skills I guess, willpowered out of the stasis Orga inflicted then incinerated him.

Yeah, Godzilla is the strongest in HIS universes.

Calling total bullshit on that. Mechagodzilla nearly killed Godzilla in their first encounter. If it hadn't short circuited Godzilla would have died. Super Mechagodzilla would probably have used the same method and gotten the desired effect. The whole brain side plot only aided in a new way to kill Godzilla.

FW Godzilla basically one shot killed him without any help. In fact, he did it to Ebirah simultaneously.

Yeah, it was FW. Most of the kaiju were weaker then their original incarnations.

That is total fan speculation.
