Having to play Legendary Souls just to unlock Algol is B.S.

It'd be nice if there was more then one way of unlocking him for people who are not good at Legendary Souls, like how the Super Smash Bros. series gives you more then one way of unlocking them. I only got as far as Cervantis and that was after hours of fighting Sigfred.

I finished story mode a few days ago. Well, I credit them for making one with developing characters although they were not at all likable. Most we don't even know they're just kind of- LOOK AT THE LITTLE MONKEY!- and as far as I know there wasn't really any villain, just some opposing forces. Nothing to me that qualified as villain. Don't get me started on the dialogue though, I just hate it. "I wanna save Pyrrha!" 5 seconds later; "Let's go kill Pyrrha together!"

Overall it was fun to fight, but it really sucked. It was just a longer arcade mode.

Yeah they dropped the ball on story mode....and content. I think we all know where most of the focus went, character creation. It seems like they wanted an awesome story like MK9 and gave up half way through.

I still say Soul Calibur 2 is the best of the series and one of, if not THE, best fighter I've ever played. So much content to unlock.

Trust me when I say two is way better and the best. It has a crapton of content to unlock. 5 is actually a step down from 4, there isn't even any Arcade endings!

Two was by far the best soul calibur, I wish they could make an ultimate soul calibur game where ever one from soul blade- soul calibur V is included. Only problem would be link missing but maybe sony could shove nintendo some money their way.

Neither, lol. That was a hack someone did. In the actual game, it's the same "Underwear is as far as it can go" it always is.
