I remember them saying a while back that they want it take place in the 70's. I personally can't see them using Apocalypse in the First Class films, I would love to have the Sentinels in the next film.

If they decide to do the Sentinels, I would prefer if they went with the Mark 1 version and advanced it later into the series.

Here is Mark 1

I have to say, I'm happy Vaughn is returning. I seriously loved his work on the first film. Can't wait to see where he takes this one.

I finally saw the first one; it was a decent film, but I didn't feel as drawn in to the story as with some of the other Marvel films.

Rumor has it the writers want CABLE to be in the next entry. I could see that working due to Nathanel Dayspring's time traveling.

X-Men First Class is a joke of a movie. X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a better film. X:FC ruined many great characters - especilly Darwin. I have no idea why Marvel hates Morrison's creations.

I wont see Second Class in theatres. It'll be downloaded then bought on BRD - MAYBE! Sinc Ive not bought First Class on BRD.

First Class was epically boring. Taking all these characters and making them LESS appealing then Cyclops, Jean and Storm was HARD but Marvel sure pulled that off.... not to mention NONE of the villains had any color. Bacon was phoning it in.

They need a MAJOR shake up in the writing and development departments. I couldnt believe they went with Darwin and Pixie.

Wont be seeing this in theatres. I'll await a bootleg. And if it's good, a BRD.

It was worse then X-Men Origins: Wolverine and X3 The Last Stand. They should've just done X-Men Origins: Magneto.

Your opinion is respected, but Nothing was worse then Origin's : Wolverine.... I couldn't even finishing watching that garbage on T.V. for free..

X-Men 3 was not as a bad as everyone said, but it was a far cry from the first 2 films in terms of quality.

I agree, I'd loved to see Origin's : Magneto.. that's mainly because he is my favorite character an has one hell of a story to tell.

Back on Topic - As for X-Men: First Class 2... I personally can't wait for it... I liked the 1st one, personally can't wait to see the story for the next installment. With all films starting the summer 2014 release dates, Legendary better get on giving Godzilla one already damn it.

I still don't understand your hate Wataru, but whatever. I'm excited for this. Little frustrated that we have to wait until 2014. Atleast it has a release date, unlike some films...

Probably because Im an X-Men fan. It seems like they just had a bag filled with mutant's names and decided to pull them out at random and put them in First Class.

I'll admit, the film had potential. But introducing new characters and then NOT developing them in favor of spanking off a weak love angle with Beast and Prof. X was just....ughh.

Also, most of the film was utterly boring. Only the most hardcor of X-Fans are going to know who Pixie, Darwin and even Havok (Alex Summers) are.

And Azazel - the red skinned dude in the movie - is Nightcrawler's father. He was created for that storyline.

I have shown the film to numerous non X-men fans and they have loved it.

Personally, I thought they did a great job with both Magneto and Xavier's characters.

Well, it's your opinion. I'm not going to fight you on it.
