Just announced. The return of, at least in flashback form , Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' seminal comic book creations from the legendary comic maxi-series, the Watchmen. With a top flight creative crew, this mini will hit this summer.

Dont care. Watchmen is dated. It wont work in a 2012 world with the BS we have going on. And why is Dr. Manhattan buttsecksing on that cover?

They are making these prequels since they can milk on it since Watchmen had nothing new after the 80's until the movie came out. I doubt these prequel comics are going to be any good, besides the other characters like Dr. Manhattan already had their own origin story in the GN. I think most people rather see a sequel but I think Watchmen should be left alone.

There is something i always wanted to ask. Should there be a DC comic zombies? Simialer to Marvel Zombies.

Oh does anybody got any news for the static shock reboot comic?

On the DC Zombies, that's already been done with THE BLACKEST NIGHT as some as some fans may recall.

But with how DC treats continuity..who knows if it happened ?

Blackest Knight happened but the exact details of it are unknown. Basically, its just a vague chapter in the Green Lantern history.

What you gotta realize is things from New Earth/Earth-0 *DID* happen and Flashpoint was like Crisis on Infinite Earth in 86 and mushed 3 Earth's together into one, the DCnU instead of New Earth/Earth-0.

OMAC is gone. The Ray is complete. Legion of Superheroes Secret Origins is complete. BUT!!!! Earth-2 and World's Finest are starting!!! WOOO!

I picked up every Aquaman issue and Firestorm issue since 9/2011 and I gotta say - theyre some of the best of the JL family. Aquaman is just so fresh. Firestorm is a bit slow. Im noticing a plot in this New 52 shit - kids combine to make bigger things.

So bump a dee bump bump.

I got done with the second volume of JMS' run on wonder woman and I thought it was actually good. The first volume was okay and in the beginning the second volume did drag on too but it got better and better with each issue. I liked it and Wonder Woman now, so tomorrow at the library I'm going to pick up the first volume of George Perez's legendary run on the character as my friend, she's a real wonder woman fanatic(well actually I got two of those, huh. Lol) and she's told me to check that out if I ever wanted to get into Diana. I wanted to wait to finish JMS run before I did and well I did. So off to Some Wonderful Wonder Woman stories.
