If I had to say, it would probably be my Asian Fantasy Film Expo 2 Event Exclusive Gomess. I don't have a picture of it, so this will have to do:

Captain - That purple MG is way cool! What is the story behind him, you said he is a one of a kind? What scale, how tall is it? And, if you ever decide to sell him, please keep me in mind!

^Haha, thanks! It definitely stands out in a crowd, that's for sure. It's a custom re-paint of the Marmit Para-Baby 1974 MG by vinyl customizer Topheroy. Here's a link to some of his work (I really like the fig, so here's some free advert, Toph), it's pretty cool stuff: http://monsterkolor.ning.com/profile/Topheroy

EDIT: I realized I didn't really answer all of your questions; I only consider it one of a kind because of the paint job, I don't know that other collectors would look at it the same way. Like the rest of the Para-Baby line, it's juuuust under the 6 inch scale. Here's a link for more info: http://www.clubtokyo.org/listings/itemListingRpt.php?catID=1&subCatID=19&contentID=1412

Honestly, pics don't do that figure justice; it really POPS. And if I ever sell it, I'll keep you in mind, but don't hold your breath, haha!

I'm gonna have to change my answer, my rarest Toho related figure has to be my Bandai Rebirth of Mothra Mamma Mothra w/box that I purchased several weeks ago. Can be seen in my unboxing video below..

The rarest figure in my collection has to be the standard 8 inch Godzilla 1991 (Closed Mouth) from Bandai. It is just such a great figure ... Rock hard though :P.

I don't really have any *rare* or *vintage* figures (not really my thing), although several of my Gigabrains/Marmits aren't particularly easy to find.

I guess I would say these items are my rarest:

Bandai 91 Godzilla
Marmit MH Gigan Black Gallary variant
Gigabrain Mosu-Goji Black Glossy Variant.
Marmit Godzilla Tower

That's about it....
GIANT CONDOR!!!!!!!!
