Interesting. As far as I know these two are not in the game so the message could be saying they were originally planned to be in the game but they ran out of time to give them a moveset and they were scrapped with the sprites surviving because they had no time to remove them.

It would be cool if they are in there and you stumbled upon some kind of lost secret code.

Oh trust me I know. Gamefaqs says there's a cheat to skip levels in Super Godzilla. I tried it. There isn't. Not to say they never have legit cheats.

God we really need to find someone to translate that text in the video. It's driving me nuts wanting to know if they were scrapped or if this is a long lost cheat code. Does anyone here know Japanese?

All I can make out, is it says something about removed (or a word that means the same thing), but since I am terrible at japanese, I am most likely wrong (I hope I am)
