VERDICT:
I can see this going either way, but I see Megg. Godzilla winning a majority of the time. If his beam can punch through Ghidorah's shield then the Terror King is done for. Then again, I can see Godzilla leaping into the air and body slamming Ghidorah. His regen is amazing, bar none to any kaiju save for maybe Biollante. Grand King Ghidorah is no joke. He is the strongest of the Ghidorah's. His Gravity Beams are extremely powerful and tend to be spammed. He took Rainbow Mothra's barrage of attacks like they were nothing.

I did this same fight and gave Godzilla Rainbow Mothra and everyone called it one sided because Ghidorah's shield wasn't disabled.

I can see Goji taking this one. Though GKG is definitely going to push his regen to the limits. GKG's best chance would be to stay airborne and beam spam till there is nothing left of Goji. Up close, Goji will T&C his golden ass and Goji's beam will pack more of a punch, probably busting GKG's shield.

None of Rainbow Mothra's weapons got past the shield, why would Godzilla's bad breath be any different? Sorry to say, but I kinda see this to be one sided. GG's gravity bolts were strong enough to down Rainbow Mothra pretty quickly, who stood up against the beam spammy Dagahra in a weaker form up until the Barem tornado. (which is an exceptionally strong attack in it's own right.) Grand Ghidorah, although injured by Armor Mothra's armor laser, didn't suffer any visible damage either, showing that he has durability possibly on par with Death Ghidorah. His much weaker Cretaceous Ghidorah form alone was able to battle Rainbow Mothra on equal ground, a feat in it's own right. GxM Godzilla just doesn't have the power to kill Grand Ghidorah.

However, on the opposite spectrum, Godzilla's regeneration is insane! Can Grand Ghidorah beat the healing factor? Or will Godzilla eventully fall? That's the question here folks. I'm going for a stalemate for now.

nope it was GxM Goji.

Personality I think GxM and Heisei v2 have beams strong enough to surpass GKG's barrier but everyone else said only Armor Mothra's beam and maybe spiral ray could get past so it was one sided.

I give this to GxM for the regen and the fact that I believe his ray can get pass GKG's barrier.

Gotta give this to Godzilla. This Godzilla has the strongest regen, a powerful beam that might be able to punch through the shield, T&C skills that are probably the best of any Godzilla except for Showa and lastly he seemed pretty inteligent in the film. All these factors give Godzilla the edge but that is not saying GKG will be an easy fight, no. But Godzilla knows how to use his weapons and when. Lastly even if the ray doesn't get through the shields, I see the immense amount of heat it gives off burning Grand King Ghidorah's scales off. Just a note.

GKG can take it here, but it won't be easy. GKG's best bet would be to spam his gravity beams and try not to get too close to Goji, though I don't think that GKG will just fold the moment Goji gets his claws on him, should the battle get physical. GKG's beam shield was able to block Rainbow Mothra's vast arsenal, Goji's breath won't factor in much here. The one thing that might give Goji the edge he needs is his regeneration, but GKG is really going to be pushing him to his limits even with regen.

Rainbow Mothra had just gotten done getting whooped on AND was weakened by being away for his little fairies. CKG still couldn't handle that.

As for GKG, his light barrier might protect him, it might not. GxM has a pretty potent beam. But if GKG gets close he is screwed. GxM Godzilla has pretty impressive use of tactics to go along with his reaction time. GKG might be able to win by just bombarding him with beam after beam, but GxM'S regen is going to keep him around.
