heh p: still think the sunglasses are more badass >;D hope i dont offend you, Dynomy84, but i decided arena to be Tokyo at the dead of night, and im gonna post my intro if that's k, cus im super excited to RP as Eleking for my first time, him being one of my top 3 favorite kaiju. ill edit this post to include my intro after i finish typing it, just giving my opponent and ref a heads up. cheers, guys. & Kaiju-King, really looking forward to this match. thanks for accepting ^.^ and a BIG thanks to our ref for overseeing the match.

What started as a peaceful night in the busy city of Tokyo, Japan was about to get chaotic. It is about 2:04 in the morning. At first, the only noise in the city is the hustle and bustle of the Japanese citizens; the “night owls.” Suddenly, the sound of churning water adds to the noise pollution. The denizens near Tokyo Bay stop in their tracks and amend their eyes to the Bay. The peaceful waters had commenced viciously bubbling. The Tokyo residents know exactly what this means- an underwater kaiju. The question was…which one?

Flashes of bright light flicker underwater. They add to the brightness of the florescent neon signs adorning each building. Following the flickers of light are a peculiar pair of…horn-like apparatuses. The emergence of these body parts lay to rest any assumptions that the beast emerging from Tokyo Bay was the King of the Monsters.

A pair of ivory hands ascend from beneath the water and grab the rim of the Bay. The hands pull a most peculiar looking monstrosity from the water. Its body was (primarily) white, accompanied by random swirls of black. The kaiju is void of any contemporary eyes nor mouth, just a sort of strip, and the kaiju’s tail is absurdly long. The creature releases a high-pitched screech, verbatim to the radiated mantis of Solgell Island that has been dubbed Kamacuras. The newcomer to Tokyo is Eleking, one of Ultraman’s most formidable of enemies.

Eleking was drawn to Tokyo not for tedious destruction and mayhem, but to meet with an opposite monster to engage in mortal combat. While even a distance away, Eleking could sense an approaching second behemoth. He had traveled right to where he sensed the presence of another monster rapidly growing close.

Eleking stands his ground and patiently waits for his soon-to-be-opponent’s arrival. His tail thrashes and wags behind him, slamming into buildings and pavement below.

A faint, whistling noise sounded in the skies, growing steadily louder all the while. A few citizens in the streets of Tokyo who were not already fleeing from Eleking noticed a strange light in the sky, shrouded by dark, whirling clouds. The light was pale blue, like the sky during a sunny day, streaking across the heavens faster than any jet. The few people on the streets below that had dealt with these kinds of things before ran even faster as the blue light streaked towards Eleking, growing larger and louder every second. The shape of the flying object could be seen from this distance. It was a large, whirling saucer, spinning at impossible speeds for it's large size. The blue light spun around the centre of the saucer, keeping the object in the air. Huge winds picked up as the flying saucer neared the ground, hovering over a small park that had once, a long time ago, been the temporary home of a feeding Super Gyaos back in the 90's. The saucer halted it's spinning abruptly as the blue flames temporarily stopped. But the silence was a temporary one.

Not a fraction of a second later, four huge jets of blue flame burst out of four sockets, stabilizing the object and sending hot steam flying in all directions. Through the steam, a crested head could be seen leaving the saucer. The creature gave a short huff as the saucer's edges bunched upwards into separate sections, jagged edges briefly showing before fitting snugly together in the form of a shell. The flames suddenly stopped as two arms and two legs burst forth from the sockets, with a small, thick tail trailing out the end. The creature dropped from the sky, it's feet slamming into the pavement. The area around it trembled at the huge weight of the monster slamming down. Through the smoke and steam, the creatures head rose magnificently, it's tusked maw opening to deliver a shrill wail... a challenge.

Gamera's two emerald eyes fixed on Eleking, narrowing at the sight of the alien. The great guardian had come to stop it's destruction, to deliver the humans from his fearful wrath. Gamera howled again as he lumbered forward, ready to fight.

(BTW, let's have their weights scaled. I do not want my Gamera flying across the city from one punch. )

but of course, my friend. i thought kaiju were automatically scaled in the arena o.O at least, in the original Arena (The ARena), all kaiju were scaled to Heisei.

Eleking is absolutely delighted that his senses were correct and he successfully rendezvoused with a/the kaiju. For a while now, Eleking has been following his senses and arriving at various locations, each different from the rest, hunting for a fight. Finally, he finds one. Gamera emits his trumpet-like roar; either a warning or a challenge to the electricity-based behemoth. Now Eleking had a fight on his hands. Only thing is, this is the Guardian of the Universe himself; not some weak, cannon fodder kaiju. To some kaiju, this would be a curse, but to Eleking, it was a pleasure. He was due for a challenge.

Eleking screeches out of pure bliss. Finally, something I can fight! crosses the kaiju’s mind. He’s too eager to sit idly by and wait for Gamera to make the first move…so the ivory behemoth races down the street with the fervent intent to shed first blood. Each thunderous footstep leaves footprints in the pavement and the innocent bystanders’ screams set off by being mangled are too quiet for the electrical juggernaut to even take notice!

Once the tens of meters separating the two beings closes off, Eleking engages in his first attack; a combo attack. Eleking lashes out with his arms and captures Gamera in a headlock. While he applies vigorous compression, his body flashes with light as stray bolts of electricity flash from his body. While he chokes his adversary, he channels a dreadful charge of electricity into the Atlantian anti-Gyaos weapon. He tries to roar, but his closed airways make it unachievable. He jerks his body and moves around to try and break the sturdy grip, but no luck.

After enough time has passed to satisfy Eleking’s hunger for grievance, he releases his hold. Gamera stumbles back and gasps for air like his life depended on (then again…didn’t it?). His mouth releases a hoarse growl. Eleking was not about to give Gamera time to gather his bearings, so the extraterrestrial entity takes a few gallops forward (with his right arm reared to the opposite side), and smashes his elbow into Gamera’s face- specifically, the right cheek. CRACK! The blow instigates Gamera to stumble back a few steps. The turtle felt his leathery skin start to swell from the blow, and he spits out a minor dollop of blood that gathered in his maw as a result.

Eleking shrieks in sheer delight. Already, this match was proving to be invigorating; just what he needed! He wastes no time in executing his final attack, because logic dictates that now is the perfect time to strike (while Gamera is dazed a little from the stiff blow to his face, disorientated from the shock, and focused on breathing from the chokehold). Unwilling to give his prey time to compose himself again, Eleking jerks his body around and sends his lengthy tail soaring through the air at a quick pace, aiming it for Gamera’s tender right cheek…

A howl escaped Gamera's maw as the tail slapped against his cheek like whip. He stumbled backwards, bumping into an apartment building. The deadly rain of debris poured onto the streets as the gargantuan turtle recovered, fire burning in his emerald eyes. A low growl let loose from his throat as Eleking shrieked in amusement. That alien creature was going to pay.

Gamera lunged forward and swung his right fist into the side of Eleking's skull, a loud crack echoing for miles as the punch connected. Eleking shrieked again, this time in pain as he staggered into a building of his own. Gamera growled in pleasure at his handiwork, moving in while his enemy was stunned. The guardian had come here to end Eleking's reign of destruction, and he would finish it here, in this very city. He wasn't about to hold back.

Eleking withered against the partially destroyed building, struggling to regain his footing in the slippery rubble. Finding a sturdy foot hold, Eleking raised his head toward his advisory, only to be knocked through the rest of the building as Gamera delivered a powerful kick to the chest. Eleking gasped for breath even as the remains of the building collapsed on top of him; the kick had knocked the wind out of him!

Dust from the ruined structure obscured Eleking's vision as he freed his head and neck from the rubble. He felt a throb in the side of his head from Gamera's earlier punch, and the smoky dust, along with his beating, had him dazed. As the dust settled, Eleking let out a high pitched shriek as he saw Gamera aim a powerful punch at his face...

Eleking reaches out to grab the incoming limb as best he could. He took a little damage grabbing it, but he did grab hold, nevertheless. Gamera braces himself for another transfer of shocking mayhem, but his foe actually surprised him when Eleking let go.

Eleking lunges for his aquatic foe. As he comes down, he sends his right leg forward. It connects with Gamera's left knee, almost bending it a way it was not meant to. Gamera's leg buckles and he falls to one knee, his sunglasses dropping off his face. Eleking crushes them and laughs about it. Then, at point blank range, Eleking unleashes a stream of energy discs. The first wave impact against Gamera's front shell, protecting the Guardian from any harm. Eleking adjusts his aim and strafes the stream of discs to Gamera's right arm. The energy projectiles detonate on impact with Gamera's leathery green flesh and ignite a small fire that burns the skin.

For his final attempt at dealing pain, Eleking whips around again to utilize his tail. Instead of a tail whip though, the appendage wraps around Gamera's injured left knee. He starts with concentrating, then Eleking sends countless volts of electricity surging into the sore limb....

Electricity surged up Gamera's leg, causing the turtle to roar in agony. Desperate to get the tail off of him, Gamera attempted to wrench Eleking's tail off his leg with his hands. The moment they touched the electrifying limb, however, Gamera was forced to snap his hands away like a child touching a hot stove, due to the electricity coursing through the leathery structure.

Eleking shrieked in amusement at the turtle's suffering, when suddenly, his foe did something completely unexpected. Gamera sucked his arms, legs, tail, and head into the deep protection of his shell, pulling the end of Eleking's tail in with him. The alien continued his electrical torture while attempting to wrench his tail free of the leg socket. He only managed to get a few meters out, but the tip of his tail was still trapped in the confines of the armored body. Eleking hissed, glad that the turtle at least couldn't attack him in this state.

With a roar, four powerful jets of blue flames erupted from the arm and leg sockets, burning Eleking's trapped tail in the process. The ivory skinned alien began to shriek not only in terrible pain, but in terror as well, for the shell had now began to rise into the air, Eleking's burning tail still trapped inside. He began dangle above the ground as Gamera carried him into the air by his trapped tail. Then the shell began to spin. Eleking screamed as he felt his body begin to whirl around at high speeds, going faster and faster. He felt the terrible strain of his burning, trapped tail. Suddenly, a new wave of pain washed over the monster as Eleking felt his tail finally give way to the force, snapping off the end of the tail still wedged in Gamera's shell. Now free from his rapidly spinning foe, Eleking was sent flying across the city scape, colliding into Tokyo Tower at speeds that sent the famous landmark crashing down on the kaiju instantly, tons upon tons of rubble slamming onto Eleking's body.

Streaking across the sky after Eleking, Gamera drew his arms and head from the shell as he gazed down upon his foe, who seemed shocked at the lose of a good 1/5th of his tail. Unleashing his signature roar, Gamera's mouth surged with energy as he launched a massive fire ball towards his injured enemy...

(BTW, Eleking can still use his electric tail power. I PM'd Gorosaurus Rex about tail slicing rules before posting this as well.)

damn, hats off to you KK. very good attack. you sure paid me back for destroying Gamera's sunglasses! haha xD

The fireball causes Eleking's body to jerk on the ground. Some of the rubble shielded his hide, but there was not nearly enough rubble to protect him from the turtle's attack. Eleking could feel the singed flesh on his back.

Now, Eleking was mad. The Shockmaster rises to his feet and shakes off the few articles of debris that remained clinging to his body. Rage filled the kaiju's senses, overpowering any other. Eleking intends to viciously lash back out at the Guardian, but first thing's first, he has to get him back down on the ground. He tries to reasonable; he beckons the turtle to come down. That fails...so he takes an apartment building and sends it tearing ass through the air. It knocks Gamera back down to his level, but applies zero damage since it hit the Guardian's sturdy shell; it just gets him back down. Gamera (in his saucer form) skids down the street.

Phase 1: complete. Now Eleking walks in a slow stride with one thing on his mind- retribution. Along the way, he rips a large building right out of its base with his mitten-like hands. It only took a handful of footsteps to come face-to-face with his enemy, who had dug a deep ravine in the street. Anyways, Eleking rears the building overhead before ripping it downwards. A growl-like sigh escapes the lips of the behemoth turtle. Gamera's eyes caught a little bit of glass shards from the windows of the building that came crashing full-force into his cranium, and his vision was slightly affected from it but not by much and also a headache starts to manifest in his head, too.

Eleking follows up with a right-hand uppercut to the throat; this causes Gamera to grab his throat and gasp for air. Eleking aims his head to the sky and screeches mightily. In a final bid to deal pain, Eleking launches four energy crescents tearing ass through the air straight for Gamera's head...

(Thanks. To be honest, I got that move because my dog got stuck under my bed twenty minutes before I started writing that.)

The energy crescents streaked towards Gamera, who tried to block the incoming projectiles with his arm. He failed for the first two crescents, sailing over his arm and colliding in a shower of spaces on either side of his head. The last two smashed into his arm, causing Gamera to grunt in pain. His emerald eyes glared at Eleking in anger as he stomped forward, right fist raised.

However, instead of punching Eleking, Gamera's fist flew right past the alien's neck. A sharp blade suddenly extended from the tortugan hero's elbow as he pulled his arm back the way it had come, creating a nasty cut across Eleking's throat. Eleking shrieked madly as his own blood spilled out, littering the streets with its stench.

Realizing he had the upper hand, Gamera grabbed Eleking's antenna's, forcing his head down. He then kneed the alien in the face, hard enough to stun the creature. Dizzied, and now with a splitting headache, Eleking stumbled to the ground. The Guardian of the Universe snarled as flames charged in the back of his throat. Another fireball shot forth towards the down Eleking at point blank range...

A radiant warm pain travels throughout the eel-like monster's back as the fiery orb sears his backside. The seared skin blends in with Eleking's natural black swirls to his skin; and speaking of hot, Eleking's blood decorating his chest and gut felt humid. Whatever Eleking uses to smell, is packed with the nauseating stench of his own burnt hide. Gamera is a tough monster to keep down, that much has been confirmed. As he rises to his feet, Eleking knows he has to do something about his attacks. He starts by grabbing Gamera's previously wounded right arm, then heaves his head back, and unconventionally uses his right horn to gore the turtle's appendage. Gamera roars right in Eleking's face as he thrusts his head forward time after time, tearing through emerald skin and slicing deeper (and while he used it as a weapon, both horns stopped rotating). Each push roots a small spray of blood. Eleking rather likes this warm sensation of the Guardian's liquids pouring onto his cranium.

Eleking rips his horn away and steps back to protect himself from retaliation from Gamera. His horns initiate rotation again and single horn is soaked in and decorated by blood. The arm lesion is deep but not deep enough to be fatal. Eleking plots to make the incision worse; to do so, he performs an attack so strong, it has dealt demise to some/certain [types of] kaiju (at least one example can be seen by Rei of ZAP‘s Eleking when it fought a Dorako, and/or when it fought a Doragoris); he knows Gamera is too strong to be defeated by this attack, but it will still be exceptionally powerful. When Eleking begins preparing to use this particular attack, bolts of electricity dance around his figure. The peculiar strip sited where a mouth would usually be then shoots off a stunning bolt of electrical butchery straight for the arm's laceration. Gamera cries into the night sky as he is stunned. The follow-up attack makes his unfortunate arm burn with intense ache, as well as brightened the surrounding block.

Finally, Gamera's current adversary calls off his "shock beam." Gamera holds his wound, which gives off steam around the hand. Even just the light touch he was applying felt like an attack, for the sustained injury was increasingly tender. The turtle is in agony. Gamera notices the dried blood inside and around the laceration has a grainy texture to the Atlantian creature's light touch, and is blackened.

Eleking screeches at Gamera and claws at the air in a taunting manner, as if to say, "Payback's a bitch." Eleking hopes his opponent is still stunned as he tosses a solid building straight at Gamera’s head (this time- a bulky hotel)…

Gamera gave a shrill cry as the building collided into him, showering the turtle in rubble. The hotel debris completely covered the Guardian. Eleking gave a screech of laughter at the sight, his antenna's rotating wildly. Then, with a low rumble, the earth started to shake. A few buildings in the area fell to the ground as the earth trembled violently. Eleking cocked his head in confusion. What was going on? An earthquake? However, his mental question was answered as the debris that had been covering Gamera fell into a hole within the ground, in which Gamera was nowhere to be seen. A deep tunnel created in the side of the hole was the only proof that a giant monster had been there. Eleking shrieked angrily. Gamera was displaying a feat he had very rarely showed, burrowing. It was a skill that the turtle hadn't used since his fight with Gyaos in 1995.

The earthquake created by the burrowing Gamera continued as office buildings collapsed around the angry alien. Eleking was upset that his opponent had decided to leave. He wanted to finish what he had started, no matter the cost. But there was one thing that Eleking had miscalculated. Gamera was not fleeing.

The crested head of the turtle burst out from underneath the alien, in between his legs, unleashing a fireball as his first attack. At this range and angle, the massive blast of plasma and fire sent Eleking flying nearly almost one hundred meters into the air. Screeching from the painful burns, Eleking began to drop towards the cracked earth, Gamera having disappeared underneath the ground again. But although a 100 meter drop wouldn't damage a self respecting kaiju, the force of the tens of thousands of tons alien smashed right through the cracked ground. if Eleking had eyes, they would have grown wide with fear.

Underneath the ground, the burrowing Gamera had constructed a massively deep pit with his fire, claws, and spinning shell, the roof just thin enough to give way when Eleking fell. The fall could have been ten meters. It could have been one hundred meters. Unfortunately, it was about thousand meters.

Eleking screamed as he plummeted down the pit, crashing onto the bottom hard enough to send buildings on the surface crumbling. The alien groaned, his bones sore from the long fall. A taunting roar sounded from the surface.

Gamera was back out in the open, standing tactically in a spot where Eleking couldn't shoot him with his painful electrical attacks. The Guardian monster heard the alien give a series of shrieks in response. Gamera's eyes narrowed at this. If the Shobojin had been here, they would have been appalled by Eleking's terrible language!

Unleashing his final attack, Gamera fired a volley of three fire balls, aiming for the already weak rim of the pit. He intended to bury Eleking alive! ...

Gamera growled a sigh of relief when the walls of the pit gave way and collected over Eleking's form. His body relaxes and he takes a moment to reflect. He looks around at the city; Thank goodness that hostile creature has been dealt with... The damage he caused is unfortunate, but at least he was stopped before he could cause any further chaos. Unfortunately, Gamera counted his chickens before they hatched! Eleking levitates out of the pit as his powered up form, EX ELEKING! (baha, jk p:)

Gamera felt some movement underground. No, it couldn't be... He turns to look at the Japanese's threat's gravesite. Small pebbles roll off the top of the pile. Something underneath was stirring... After almost a minute, a cream-colored arm bursts from the rubble. Eleking was downed by Gamera's attack, but not out. The carnage will continue.

Finally out of the pit, Eleking takes a moment to brush off the dirt clinging to his smooth skin. He releases a loud screech; a testament to his unwillingness to fall easily or quickly.

Eleking swiftly approaches the Guardian turtle with his mitten hand clenched into a solid fist. Once close enough, he brings it up, then down to deal a stiff blow to Gamera's infected arm wound. The Guardian could not have prepared for the pain that ensues. The blow forces flesh blood out of the contaminated lesion, which felt almost slightly soothing to the wound that was burning intensely- burning as much as one of the turtle's fireballs.

Eleking steps back but as he does, he spins around and sends his injured tail at his opponent. Even though a portion of the end of it had been incinerated, it was still lengthy enough to be used as a weapon. The cream and black stripe colored appendage crashes into the side of Gamera's head. It causes his swollen cheek's degree of soreness to increase.

Gamera was getting tired of Eleking's persistance. But so was Eleking with him. In one last bid to pay Gamera back for burying him prematurely, Eleking performs a roundhouse kick and aims the blow at the turtle's knee that had been kicked earlier...

Gamera groaned in pain as the roundhouse connected with his knee, effectively tripping the turtle onto his back and injuring the knee even more so. Realizing that he would have trouble righting himself in this state, Gamera sucked his legs into his shell and took off into the air, widening the gap between him and Eleking. The Guardian beast surveyed the area as he flew overhead, thinking hard. Eleking seemed to have a knack for attacking old wounds, exploiting them into weak spots. Gamera gave a toothy grin as he remembered the gash in the alien's neck. Two could play at this game.

Soaring over to the site of the destroyed Tokyo Tower, Gamera swooped down to grab three long, red painted steel pole two in his left hand and one in his right, The ends were still sharp from having snapped in two. While normally a steel spike would have trouble piercing the tough skin of a kaiju, Gamera wasn't aiming for skin. Swooping down at Mach speeds, Gamera focused his incredible eye sight at his target, raising one of the poles like a spear. With a mighty war cry, he flashed past Eleking, but not before jabbing the steel pole straight into the wound on his neck!

Eleking tried to screech in pain, but that itself was excruciatingly painful. Blood squirted out from the wound in a fashion that hadn't been seen since Godzilla had fought the first Mechagodzilla. Eleking fumbled for the steel pole with his mitten-like hands, trying desperately to pull it back out. But Gamera wasn't going to give him the chance, swooping around and cracking his two other poles against Eleking's head, knocking the creature to the ground and giving him yet another headache.

The turtle landed in the streets, poles in hand. With Eleking distracted, Gamera reached down and yanked two large slabs of steel (the remains of a nearby power plant) from the ground. He placed one against his injured knee, bending one of his poles to use to wrap around the injured area. He did the same to his injured arm as well. With both injuries protected by the makeshift armor, Gamera thundered towards Eleking, raising his uninjured foot to stomp in Eleking's head...

While Gamera thundered down the street, Eleking quickly removed the steel pole from his kneck wound. It provides a good amount of relief to the augmented pain of the laceration.

Now, Gamera is in the proximity and ready to slam his foot down with enough force to crack Eleking's skull. The eel-like aquatic creature thrusts the pole forward so that while Gamera's foot comes down, it comes down on the penetrating end of the steel object. The real damage comes from phase two of Eleking's attack. The shocking, damage...

Eleking flexes his arms to channel his thunderous might through the pole, into Gamera for the umpteenth time. In just a few seconds, the rod glows bright scarlet from the heat it was generating by conducting the electricity. Gamera had not only the shock to consider, but the searing heat of the pole as well. While it's still solid, Eleking forces the pole into Gamera's foot a little more, which burns inside his foot. And speaking of poles, Gamera's makeshift armor burns red and sears his leathery flesh, even melting against it so as soon as it cools, it will burn and bond with his hide.

Eleking rips the melting pole away and causes Gamera to stumble back from losing balance. As soon as he plants his newly-injured foot against the ground to regain balance, the little bit of cooled off pole is pressed up into the foot against the ground. Gamera certainly regretted the attempted attack. Damage came from different points; what a cunning bastard, that Eleking.

Gamera was not a far distance ahead of Eleking. Close enough for Eleking to take a few steps ahead, mittens clenched hard, and deliver a momentous uppercut straight to Gamera's lower jaw. His entire face throbs with the hot sensation of soreness this far into the fight from all the blows.

Now, Eleking screeches into the air and shakes his head. As he brings his head down, his oral strip flashes with golden fury, and releases a stream of about 5 energy discs for somewhere unprotected by the shell on the turtle.
