Verdict: I would give the edge to Marvel/Showa, just because of how strong Marvel can be. 94/FW won't go without a fight though.

Just to be fair, Marvel Godzilla is the same one that took on the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and SHEILD and wa barely slowed down. He was the one that was stated to be stronger than Thor. Just putting that out there...

Like wataru mentioned in anearlier thread, those versions of the heroes are much much weaker than the planet-busting present ones. The 70s/80s hulk is not anywhere near as strong as the modern asteroid-busting monster.
