A way to upgrade your godzilla collection!

just simpy type in godzilla dvd covers-roberthood ... it should be one of the first option... in it it contains 4 downloadable cover art images and sources for the dvd cases

They split them up into 4 sections
-Showa 1
-Showa 2
-Heisei
-Millenium

They look really cool and this would be a good travel alternative if you wanted to take them with you that way your not carrying 28 or 29 individually packaged dvds

BLASPHEMY! Why do the Showa covers have Heisei and Millennium images on them?

Pretty badass covers overall, but the release-specific DVD covers on the back are a bit of a caveat for me.

responding to the first comment i think its more of the pictures of godzilla as a whole series not how the seperations work for these dvd covers. u know basically just some cool pics of godzilla that doesnt pertain to the time line there using.I have one question for you guys tho i already ordered the dvd cases and downloaded the cover art. I have a Canon PIXMA MP240 printer i was wondering what paper i should use to get the best results

Use something kind of glossy, like photo paper, if that comes in legal size. That should come out pretty nice if you've got a good printer.

keep in mind these are 1 inch spined dvd cases to hold all of these dicsc meaning legal size is too small

I doubt it. You can print a regular DVD cover on regular, letter-sized paper (8.5x11). Legal paper (8.5x14) should be more than big enough.

i tried a standard piece of paper into the dvd sleev and its a liitle bit short and i highly doubt that the printer printer prints out the images all the way to the exact same size of the paper

...I'm sorry, could you rephrase that?

I've printed regular sized DVD covers countless times before on regular, letter-sized paper and I've had no size problems whatsoever. If you print it in a landscape format and your printer can go far enough toward the edges, I don't see why you should have any problems. With these specific covers, though, you'll need a longer piece of paper since the spine is thicker. That's why I recommended legal sized paper - the long side is longer, so you'd have more room. Therefore you'd have enough space for these covers.

Legal paper is a standard size, pretty easy to find at any office supply store. The guy even recommended it on his site.

Nice customize covers, this should go get if I want my DVD's to take less space. All I need now is a multi-disc case and I'm good to go.

the guy has two sources for dvd cases right eith the link i showed you they should be source 1 and source 2 i got mine from usplastics(i believe the first source) and the shipped them and i recieved them in a matter of a couple days. i would recommend these because i believe with the second source you have to buy them in like a 10 pack.

Those are really, really nice except for one thing....

.... I'm one of those freaks that keeps G98 on the shelf with all the other G films, and this would simply feel incomplete without that DVD being included.

Just stick it between the Heisei and Millennium series.

I know where it goes, it would just be a very inelegant kludge in an otherwise very slick presentation.

True. I suppose you could keep it in a separate part of the shelf from these cases. I for one don't consider it a legitimate Godzilla film.
