This Maguma is the most powerful monster and could easily defeat any version of Godzilla thing is starting to get annoying. Can't you people just drop the Maguma is great thing? Heisei Godzilla destroys Maguma within a few seconds.

Well, lets look at it this way.
Maguma was hit with futuristic lasers, the same kind of technology used by people who built massive rockets to move the earth. Maguma was hit with them, four times. Maguma was then burried under a pile of rubble, and got out in a matter of minutes. He was then bombarded again, then finally killed. Maguma, when awoken by the rocket thrusters, was exposed to over 200,000 degrees of heat, so much it melted most of the ice cap. He just was cranky. If Godzilla was exposed to that heat, he falls asleep, as shown in 1984-1989.
