...besides Bandai Creation's figures, because we all know they'd win hands down, individually or together. (And I love the damn things, mind you.)

Bandai's 8" Gigan sucks hard. Just look at the tiny fins :X

Yes, they are indeed the most PATHETIC, HORRIFYING, ATROCIOUS pieces of vinyl that have ever been molded in this life or the next. I say "To the lowest pits of Hell, ye who dare design these blasphemous, worthless wonders of utter human failure, and for ye to possess the audacity to insult thy word "toy" by claiming these vile vinyl monstrocities to even be worthy of being categorized as such", I pray that the inhumane heartless animals responsible for making such despicable disgraces slowly drown in the despair driven tears of all the broken-spirited children (and fanboys) around the country who had to endure the misfortune of laying their shuddering, innocent eyes on these Satan spawned abominations.

The BC 2004 Anguirus is pretty crummy. The sculpt is nice but the paint job is pretty lazy. It's just gray and yellow/tan.

Honest, BC the worst? in terms of molds, anything from Bear, Marmit, Y1 or any other of those limited production companies that makes 1000 flying Hedorahs for $99 each are FAR worse in the mold department. And dont get me started on COLOR/PAINT.

Honestly, I consider the Bandai 6'' line the weakest. Either figures from the 8'' line reduced in size, or new figures that dont offer much in articulation in a world where the newest Spider-Mn figures can toss their own salads.

Yeah, no. It's a different style, which doesn't make them the worst. They're just different.

That is not a fair comparison. These toys are not action figures. They're vinyl toys. There's a world of difference.

Aren't you the guy from the old TK forums that thought BC was better than Bandai because they looked more "animalistic" as opposed to the suits like the Bandai ones?

Any way, here's a small list of the top of my head.

-Trendmasters Baragon
-BC Rodan 2004
-Yamakatsu Showa King Ghidorah (The faces are just ugly)

Honest, BC the worst?

Again, I love BC. Doesn't make their figures good.

Aren't you the guy from the old TK forums that thought BC was better than Bandai because they looked more "animalistic" as opposed to the suits like the Bandai ones?

No, somebody else said that, and I translated it due to his grammar, although I'm sure at some point I said BC was superior, but that was probably back during the Wave 4 days.

I once passed on that Marmit Hedorah when it was right in front of me for $100.

I did snatch up the Gigan and would love the Megalon to go with it.

If Bandai cant add more then the standard 6 axis, that's their fault.

In your opinion, yes. And while I definitely love realistic figures, I love stylized toys just as much. Here's a selection of Marmit figures from my collection.

While most of them aren't realistic, I still think they're great toys that just happen to go for a different style. I know lots of people who love toys like these. Obviously you don't, but it's worth mentioning that this is a very popular style among adult collectors in Japan, whereas Bandai toys are primarily intended for children.

If Bandai cant add more then the standard 6 axis, that's their fault.

And of course it's obvious to me that you fail to realize that limited articulation is a decades old design preference among toy companies in Japan who put out kaiju figures. This dates all the way back to the Marusan figures of the 1960s and continued through companies like Bullmark, Popy, Yamakatsu, Bandai, M-1 and modern companies like Marmit, Gigabrain, the current Marusan, Pilot Ace, Toy Graph, X-Plus, CCP and others. In fact, the only Japanese company I can think of offhand who has put out "action figures" of Toho kaiju is Kaiyodo through the Revoltech line, which just started this year and is the exception to the rule. 5-6 points of articulation on vinyl Godzilla toys is the norm in Japan. It didn't start with Bandai and it's continued since Bandai. Blaming Bandai when this is the predominant style of Japan vinyl kaiju toys for almost 45 years makes no sense to me.
