He's okay. Nowhere near my favorite kaiju, but he served his purpose well and gave Godzilla a decent fight. He has an interesting design, too, sort of a weird bipedal take on the classic sea serpent look. The fan tail is certainly original, too. It's a strange and unlikely weapon, but a good way to give him a long-range weapon that's not yet another beam.

I don't particularly want to see him appear again, though. He was great for the movie and era he was in, but doesn't really strike me as good material for today's kaiju movies or a credible opponent for the overpowered modern versions of Godzilla.

Lets remember he's a gentle giant by nature . I was confused as to why he ass classed with the mutants in GU, because he strikes me as an earth defender with no one controlling him.

"Ass classed?" I don't know if that was intentional or not, but it was funny.

And I never got that either; it's pretty clear he wasn't a mutant. But I guess since he was a bad guy and wasn't an alien, they had to put him somewhere.

Titanosaurus is a unique monster. He fights well, probably has the best fighting skills from all the Godzilla characters.
Making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.

I'll never understand how a cyborg space chicken, a pile of shit, and a drill handed beetle are more popular than this awesome throwback to Goji's earlier enemies.

*Unique dragonesque design (and a nice red color)
*Very different roar-almost like a cackle
*Very powerful and has great melee skills
*Appears in the best Godzilla movie since Ebirah Horror of the Deep (and my personal favorite)

He's a blast to play in G:U.

I wouldn't mind seeing him in another movie.

...because they're a cyborg space chicken, a pile of toxic, acid-spewing, flying shit, and a drill handed beetle. Titanosaurus is pretty much another dinosaur, if a somewhat unconventional one.

Titanosaurus is my favourite showa monster (behind Godzilla). He is unique among the late era's monsters who tried to create something new. Titanosaurus is just a basic normal dinosaurus. That makes him the only badass normal who could stand to Godzilla. BADASS!!!!

I love Gigan, too... I just find him less appealing than the "normal" T&C types. And I just plain hate Megalon and Hedorah.

I don't particularly care for Hedorah or Megalon myself, but I understand that full-fledged villains tend to get more popularity than "neutral" characters. Gigan is a fun character.

The only kaiju I dislike are the Dorats, Ghogo, and Minya/Little Godzilla to an extent. Everyone else I like, from Godzilla to the Giant Sea Serpent.

Out of all the monster from the Showa series, Titanosaurus is the one I always had a soft spot for, it's a shame he was never in any of the other Godzilla films. Now, even though I like Godzilla Final Wars, I think it would have been a bit better if Titanosaurus was actually in it.
