No, because he appears as a float in the background of that one stage. So copyrights aren't an issue here, it seems. Perhaps they just want to build hype for him or give the spotlight to other Marvel characters? :/

Deadpool looks so dope in this game. I like how he can hit people with his health-bar. Its fitting.

.... The less the better? Then why don't we have ten characters on each side. There's not going to be any clones and that alone should tell you there's going to be a good amount of characters.

Nemesis confirmed to NOT be in the game, Blanka could be cool, but I'd rather someone else, Mike Haggar could be one, he's known around here as Don Frye's Videogame counterpart:

As long as the Street fighter movie version of M. Bison is in as well, I'll be fine.

For the last time, no Nemesis or Tyrant in the game. This was confirmed the same time we learned there would be no Fantastic Four.

If the leaked roster is true, which so far it is, but I'm not trusting it fully, I can't wait to see how Hsien-ko works in a new gameplay, and how she'll look.

Also can't wait for Amaterasu and Viewtiful Joe!

Joe will be interesting, but I'm on the fence with Amaterasu. I know we've already got Wolverine, but I wouldn't mind seeing Daken or X-23 in the game. I'd take them over Warmachine, actually.

Doubt it since it had Mr. Fantastic since the beginning and he has been deconfirmed many times, Emma Frost is in that list and she got deconfirmed too.
