Goo goo g'joob. :P

It's a shame Maguma got shafted from DAM. He would've been a badass addition to Godzilla's allies.

"The time has come," Maguma said,
"To talk of many things:
Of tusks, and ships, and laser-guns,
Of meteors, and risks,
And why Antartica is boiling hot,
And whether time is it."

Maguma's so awesome, Toho's afraid to bring him back. He'd wreck the set if he sneezed.

If by interesting you mean, "flopped around for 5 minutes and then blew up", you'd be entirely correct.

Nah, Maguma should've been the Bulgaria to King Ghidorah's Germany.

I've yet to see Gorath, but with a giant, prehistoric walrus it has to be something great. Maybe he just wants his bukket.

I like Maguma, he's a giant walrus, what's NOT to love? I love the close up shots of the costume right before/while it's getting shot up by the VTOL, er I mean, the crew's plane at the antarctic. The only time the Maguma suit looks really bad is the (luckily brief) long shot of the costumed actor crawling across the snow. Probably one of Toho's more unconvincing suitmation creations...with all that said, GORATH is an amazing film. It's a shame U.S. distributors felt the need to cut his scenes from the U.S. cut of the film.

I've yet to see Gorath, and I don't know too much about him other then his role that was plan in DAM. I will admit that he looks cool.

I haven't seent he film either, but I have seen the film clip with Maguma. It's a good monster despite the brief screen time.

If Chuck Norris had a pet, it would be Maguma, Maguma is Chuck Norris' loyal companion. They control the universe and world togethor.

On a serious note, a kick ass monster who deserves another chance.
