This is my idea:
Godzilla is created by a new type of a atomic bomb created by the US first he attacks a oil rig out in middile of the ocean then he attacks new york then something is disoverd in space & it lands in new york & turns out to be spacegodzilla then godzilla sufaces & battles spacegodzilla & after being thowed into a power plant he has a lighting beam uses it to destoy spacegodzilla & then like in godzilla 2000 godzilla goes a rampage the next day a helicopter with the main heros inside watchs on as godzilla returns to the sea. Also why does everyone hate mortha's desgins for the first & 2nd seris.

In an alternate reality where monsters are an everyday fact of life, the Earth is edging closer to Armageddon. The Cold War is still going on. Reagan is still President due to some old Congressional magic, but is currently incapacitated due to Alzheimer's, so H.W. has assumed control. Tensions are thick between kaiju and human; both despise each other for what they've done. On the technological advanced maze/fortress that is the island of Japan, young and old clash. The country has become a repressive police state. Into this maelstrom come two characters, different and yet very much alike: Godzilla and a schoolboy named Ichiro Tanaka. Godzilla, a relative of the original that perished in '54, is misanthrope; he hates mankind for what's been done to him, and his anger isolates him. From his friends. From his own son. Ichiro Tanaka is a boy without a life. He and his drug-addled Education Mama don't get along well, he has no real friends, and is mostly seen by his peers as a slacker, a geek or something to be stomped on the curb. He's an amateur kaijuologist, has been since his old man died in a G-attack. When Godzilla comes to town for some radiation, Ichiro seizes the opportunity to study him. At the same time, a certain three-headed God of Destruction comes to Earth on a meteorite. Ichiro and Godzilla get themselves connected in a way they'd never imagined. Both have choices to make: benefit themselves or save the planet.

Godzilla vs King Ghidorah II: The Lost Race's Revenge.

65 Million Years ago....

The young saurian's eyes filled with tears, watching his world crumble to the feet of this giant space monster standing in front of him. Around him was an icy land, filled with bodies of his kind. The tyrannosaur can tell that the beast had fun with him. He runs away, hoping that the space monster will lose sight of him. As he was running, the ice below him began to crumble, his leg was trapped. He roared what he thought was his last breath as King Ghidorah was about to kick the saurian's head, but the tyrannosaurs body fell below the crack, to the cold icy ocean. King Ghidorah roared in anger causing the icy mountains above him to create huge avalanches. Burying the dangerous monster hoping that it would never come back....

The story of destiny started here.

1932; Antarctica

“Mr. Witwicky you can't believe this!” a sailor said in disbelief. The old scientist walks and takes the scope from his inferiors. He eyed it, zooming into the last of a species kind. “My god. Get off the ship! Towards the crater, move now!” George Witwicky Sr. said. His crew ran towards a corpse wrapped in ice, it was a teenage tyrannosaur standing about 6 meters tall, 12 meters wide. “Gentlemen, we found it. “ he breathed in relief as his crew cheered in happiness. “Call the U.N. Get this creature to safety and give it to those pesky Japanese scientists for study.” Witwikcy ordered. “We have started a legend in the making boys” The crew safely sealed the icy barrier to the boat and left towards the United States of America. They where cheering, having fun, etc. Suddenly, they day wasn't so happy after all..”Mines! Get away! Now!” one of the sailors said, the ship collided with a mine that somehow surfaced, a dark and fiery inferno blazed upon the boat, including the tyrannosaur, whom escaped from the blaze and jumped off the boat. Swimming towards land where he can find....

Hawaii

The saurian's body reached an island's surface, his eyes barely awake. He was tired, weary, and confused. Suddenly, a young human was poking his stomach, giggling. She poked more and more until her parents, who were luckily scientists appeared. “Can we keep him?” the girl asked. “No Rachel, it's too dangerous...We have to study it.” her mother responded. “Aww...” the 12 year old sighed, holding his father's hand who gave her a kind smile. They arrived upon the laboratory, where they fed the saurian and treated it nicely. “This is going to sting, alright?” Rache's mother said to the confused dinosaur. It pierced his skin and he roared in anger. He mauled the scientist behind him and ran away, Rachel's parents where in high pursuit, sooner or later the saurian was tired and the parents were able to catch up to him. The young Rachel said that the saurian was probably scared and confused, she was a bright and young lady. She begged her parents, asking to keep him until her parents finally said yes. She named the saurian Hachi.

Hachi and Rachel grew up to be strong friends for the next 8 years, that's when Hachi grew full size. 12 Meters tall, 20 meters wide. But then came the beginning of a new war, where the two needed to be separated, the 23rd of December, 1941. The Americans took Hachi away from the 20 year old Rachel, without them even saying a proper good bye, Hachi was heart broken.

The American military gave a new name to Hachi. Godzilla. 2 Years later, he was genetically enhanced by nuclear energy to be a American super soldier, but it went terribly wrong. He grew bigger, stronger, angrier, and ultimately, more threatening then ever. He laid the military base he was held in to ashes. He was mad. He left America and went back to Hawaii, desperately trying to find Rachel, but she left Hawaii long ago to Tokyo, Japan. Godzilla never noticed.

Then came the day in 1954, where Ghidorah, resting in Longos Island was awaken by the noise of a nuclear bomb being held in Odo Island. He flew towards Tokyo, Japan and tried to bury it in flames before Godzilla arrived, not allowing him to do so. The JSDF sent all it had to destroy the two, but none of their masers, bombs, and tanks seemed to work. It was time for Ghidorah to finish what he started, as the two monsters created an epic battle, King Ghidorah had the upper hand. He was about to give the finishing blow with his Gravity Beams, until Rachel, standing a top of Tokyo Tower trying to get Godzilla's attention gave Godzilla life, he headbutt Ghidorah's chest and sent him towards a few buildings where he laid down in pain. Godzilla and Rachel had a heart warming moment until King Ghidorah roared in disgust. The JSDF was ordered to destroyed Godzilla with missiles, Godzilla was off-guard and collided with the Tower, ultimately killing the adult Rachel. Godzilla roared in deep anger and sadness that even the JSDF didn't understand, today, was the birth of his Atomic Breath. He used it against King Ghidorah first, burning the body of the Space Monster, as Godzilla finally brought revenge for his lost race. Then he destroyed the JSDF forces. He turned against humanity and will never gain his respect. He destroyed Tokyo, then Kyoto, then finally Osaka. He roared his angriest breath and swam towards the Pacific Ocean, where he will never be seen again until a few years to come...

I tried to make it as much as Rise of the Planet of the Apes as possible, and also gave Godzilla the mix of his 54 look and his general Heisei look. I think this would be a good start for a trilogy or something. Dunno.

Scales:
Ghidorah: 120 meters tall.
Godzilla: Pre-Nuclear enhancement: 12 meters tall. After nuclear enhancement: 115 meters tall.

Ghidorah was 50 meters taller then Godzilla in both the Showa and Heisei films.

And Zone Fighter is supposed to be 62 meters but he always looked shorter then Godzilla. I really think Toho doesn't really care about scaling the suits to the accurate size. unless it's the bad guy cause you know, villains bigger then the hero are intimidating.

Anyone tried this one yet? What if whatever constitutes Godzilla is protean at first, that is shapeless, like Hedorah, and it assimilates the bones from many different dinosaurs in a kind of primordial graveyard, building the Godzilla body. I'm partly playing off of the supernatural nature of GMK Godzilla. The rest I got from an episode I remembered from from The Real Ghost Busters, called "Ghosts R' Us", just substituted toys with dinosaur bones.
